An active shooter has been "spotted" on Delta State University's campus in Cleveland, Miss. around 11:45 a.m. Monday, according to the campus' Twitter feed. Cleveland police confirmed one victim has been transported to the hospital, while the suspect remains at large, the Clarion-Ledge reported.
