SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) - Lawyers for Bill Cosby's wife have filed an emergency motion to postpone her deposition while she appeals a magistrate judge's order. The motion filed late Saturday says the 71-year-old Camille Cosby's deposition scheduled for Monday should be delayed because she "has had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case." It argues that her public testimony would create "an unnecessary media circus and personal security threat that serves no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her."

For decades, students at Spelman — the elite historically black women's college — have spoken out about instances of sexual assault committed by students from Morehouse College, their unofficial brother school. Now, in the wake of a petition, protests, and a federal investigation, their messages are ringing louder than ever. Why haven't we heard them?

Police departments and leaders across the globe are taking a stand against a controversial group. Return of Kings is known as a group for “masculine men” and complains about the rise of feminism and the loss of ‘traditional sex roles.’ The group’s leader, Daryush Valizadeh, has written articles stating that rape should be legal on private property. Others in the group claim that women should not be allowed to vote, among other beliefs. The group announced recently that it would be holding 165 meetings in 43 countries as part of its ‘international meetup day’ on Feb. 6 at 8 p.m....

Bill Cosby's lawyer says the entertainer will not consider a plea bargain on charges he sexually assaulted a woman in 2004 after giving her drugs and alcohol.
