An Oklahoma TV station has reported that eight more patients have come forward to talk about their experiences with an abortionist arrested and charged with fraud earlier in the week. Abortionist Patel Arrested Dec 2014 Tuesday, Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt charged 62-year-old abortionist Nareshkumar Patel with three counts of obtaining money under false pretense after improperly prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to patients he said were pregnant, but were not. “After an undercover investigation, our office today arrested an abortion doctor in Oklahoma City on fraud charges for prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to patients who were not pregnant. This type of fraudulent...
  • Rolling Stone UVA RAPE story is identical to Senate testimony held on June 26 2014

One of the student survivors I worked with, Jenna*, was gang-raped by five fraternity men early in her freshman year. Despite the severity of the assault and injuries she sustained, Jenna still experienced a feeling of personal responsibility. Looking for affirmation, she sought out peers and told her story. Sadly, each and every one of the friends she reached out to responded with varying denials of her experience; these responses worsened her feelings of self-blame – that she must be confused because that fraternity “is full of great guys”; that she must have made them think she was “down for...

Why is anyone surprised that Rolling Stone would flub a rape story? Since when did a magazine that borders on—and, by my standards, crosses over into—pornography, become a trusted source for matters involving women and sexual assault? For over four decades, Rolling Stone has spilled thousands of gallons of ink glorifying the hedonistic, misogynistic culture of sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll. Its covers have been adorned with nude men and women—sometimes together. Pornography is a regular topic, and it’s almost always put in a positive light. (This piece can also be found on American Thinker today.)
  • Friends' accounts differ from alleged UVA gang rape victim's in article

"CBS This Morning" has now spoken with the three friends of the victim of an alleged gang rape at a University of Virginia fraternity house who were mentioned in a Rolling Stone article. The magazine has admitted it had mistakes in the story. The accounts the friends gave to "CBS This Morning" were similar to each other, but very different from that of the victim, "Jackie," reports CBS News correspondent Julianna Goldman. The article said the friends saw and spoke to Jackie the night of the alleged assault. Alex, a third year student at UVA who asked we only use...

It was 1 a.m. on a Saturday when the call came. A friend, a University of Virginia freshman who earlier said she had a date that evening with a handsome junior from her chemistry class, was in hysterics. Something bad had happened. Arriving at her side, three students —“Randall,” “Andy” and “Cindy” as they were identified in an explosive Rolling Stone account — told The Washington Post that they found their friend in tears. Jackie appeared traumatized, saying her date ended horrifically, with the older student parking his car at his fraternity, asking her to come inside, and then forcing...
  • Student-produced video thanks Jackie for 'pulling back the curtain' on rape

Atthar Mirza and Elizabeth Ballou — second and third-year College students, respectively — released a self-made video Thursday evening thanking Jackie for telling her story and offering support for sexual assault survivors in the University community. Jackie, a University student, told Rolling Stone magazine seven men — one of whom she worked with as a lifeguard at the Aquatic and Fitness Center — raped her at a Phi Kappa Psi fraternity party on September 28, 2012.

Mayella Ewell accused Tom Robinson of raping her. She, a white woman with an aggressive family, made for a compelling victim against a black man in a segregated South. The state tried Robinson, white men tried to lynch him, and it became quite clear at the trial that there was no way Robinson could have raped Mayella Ewell. Notwithstanding the evidence, an all-white jury still found Robinson guilty. Robinson was eventually killed trying to escape jail. He was innocent of the crime. Zerlina Maxwell, an opinion writer in the Washington Post, would have stood with Mayella Ewell in "To Kill...

A new report on sexual assault released today by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) officially puts to bed the bogus statistic that one in five women on college campuses are victims of sexual assault. In fact, non-students are 25 percent more likely to be victims of sexual assault than students, according to the data. And the real number of assault victims is several orders of magnitude lower than one-in-five.
  • New Questions Raised About Rolling Stone's UVA Rape Story

The college students described as friends of the alleged rape victim Jackie in an explosive Rolling Stone article revealed their identities to ABC News today, and said that some of the magazine's story is false. "The text was so divergent from what we said that evening," said Alex Stone, who said he's identified as "Andy" in the article. The magazine article describes a violent, three-hour gang rape that left a University of Virginia student identified as Jackie bruised and bloody when she escaped a house on fraternity row, right near the university president's office.

WILLIAMSPORT — A federal judge has told a Schuylkill County man to stop focusing on Sara Palin and "get everything under control." U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann Thursday warned Shawn Richard Christy, 23, of McAdoo, to stop the "nonsense" because he was headed down a bad path. The judge asked Christy's father, Craig Richard Christy, 51, also of McAdoo, to try to help get his son under control because his probation officer thinks he is ticking time bomb. Brann noted when Craig Christy was sentenced in Alaska in 2012, he said he had not been a very good...

But after Barbara Bowman told her horrific story to the Washington Post in October and Johnson's longtime friend and fellow model Janice Dickinson did the same, Johnson knew the time had come. In her words: Finally, I reached the conclusion that the current attack on African American men has absolutely nothing to do at all with Bill Cosby. He brought this on himself when he decided he had the right to have his way with who knows how many women over the last four decades. If anything, Cosby is distinguished from the majority of black men in this country because...

Teresa Sullivan, the president of the University of Virginia — the campus at the heart of the Rolling Stone magazine debacle over its since-debunked rape claim piece — has become the target of a Change.org petition that calls for her immediate firing. The petition has only gathered a few signatures so far, but its text is blunt. It reads: "University of Virginia president Teresa Sullivan vandalized our legal system by immediately assuming the guilt of innocent men after an anonymous accuser without evidence cried, 'Rape!' Sullivan suspended activities of all fraternities (not just the one fraternity the accuser mentions), and...

Jackie has a lawyer. Palma Pustilnik, an attorney at Charlottesville's Central Virginia Legal Aid Society, said Wednesday morning that she'd been retained as counsel by the woman at the center of a Rolling Stone account depicting a gang rape at a University of Virginia fraternity house. The magazine revealed Friday that it found "discrepancies" in Jackie's account and said its "trust in her was misplaced." The fraternity tied to the allegation, Phi Kappa Psi, has said it found no evidence to support her claims and several key facts in the story were refuted by records.

RUSH: Look at this Lena Dunham situation. Lena Dunham, who was a heroine to the pop culture in this country, she's an absolute star. She's got this HBO show called Girls, so popular, so hip, so cool that Obama used her in a campaign commercial in the War on Women back in 2012. What is she, 17 years old? I know she's in her twenties. She's got an autobiography. Oh, yes, she has an autobiography. You know what the prominent event in her autobiography is? Yeah, she was raped by a conservative Republican. Right. She was raped by a conservative...

Yesterday we covered the ongoing soap opera of the immensely unattractive and monumentally untalented Lena Dunham’s bogus rape accusation. Long story short: she accused a college classmate of raping her, she clearly identified the alleged rapist which has caused him a lot of difficulties, now her publisher is paying the man’s legal expenses and altering future editions of the book to emphasize that the name is a pseudonym. Basically, this is the type of careless and narcissistic behavior Dunham has raised to an art form. Now she takes to the friendly pages of journalistic paragon BuzzFeed to continue to push...

THE COLLEGE RAPE CLUB December 10, 2014 Sorry this column is late. I got raped again on the way home. Twice. I should clarify -- by "raped," I mean that two seductive Barry White songs came on the radio, which, according to the University of Virginia, constitutes rape. TAKE BACK THE NIGHT! Even the feminist-whipped media parted company with Rolling Stone magazine over Sabrina Rubin Erdely's story about an alleged fraternity gang-rape at the University of Virginia -- since retracted. But while dismantling every part of this preposterous rape claim by a woman Rolling Stone calls "Jackie," journalists rush to...

Ulrich Klopfer who faces charges that he delayed reporting an abortion on a 13-year-old girl in South Bend, Indiana, may be able to avoid jail time if he does this one little thing. Indiana law requires reports on abortions done on unborn babies of girls younger than 14 to be submitted within three days. Further endangering a teen who had already been victimized by statutory rape, Klopfer submitted the report six months after the abortion, according to state records. Klopfer potentially faces a fine of $1,000 and 180 days in jail if convicted of the Class B misdemeanor. But the...

Oklahoma abortionist Nareshkumar Gandalal “Naresh” Patel, who once faced charges of raping and sodomizing his abortion patients, is now out of jail on bond after his arrest yesterday. Now, Patel has posted a $2,000 bond and has been released from jail. His Outpatient Services for Women abortion facility remains closed for now. At the time of Patel’s arrest, police also executed search warrants on his home and abortion facility. Police raided the Outpatient Services for Women abortion center in Oklahoma City and arrested Patel. The arrest came after a Operation Rescue filed a five-count complaint against him with the State...
