Why is anyone surprised that Rolling Stone would flub a rape story? Since when did a magazine that borders on—and, by my standards, crosses over into—pornography, become a trusted source for matters involving women and sexual assault?

For over four decades, Rolling Stone has spilled thousands of gallons of ink glorifying the hedonistic, misogynistic culture of sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll. Its covers have been adorned with nude men and women—sometimes together. Pornography is a regular topic, and it’s almost always put in a positive light.

Exactly what is going on with the police case in New York city. The liberals there demand the cops act as tax agents, basically go Gestapo on a guy because he sold a single solitary cigarette, then these same very liberals (The NYC City Council!!!) took to the streets to protest the result and blame the cop! First off the guy that died Eric Garner was a heart attack waiting to happen, he had a heart condition, and asthma. When he resisted arrest, the cops did what they were trained to do. But the bottom line is why are FOUR cops doing this in the first place? Because these very same LIBERALS protesting now demanded it! Just think how insane that is, you ask me for a cigarette and offer me a quarter for it and I take it because cigarettes are expensive as hell ($13 a pack in NYC - thanks to LIBERALS again) and here comes 4 cops treating you like a serial killer. Why? Because NOTHING is more important to liberals than TAXES.

FWIW, Rolling Stone has control over the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Thus, the portrayal of rock is skewed by their input. The Moody Blues are still not inducted, some say it's because the head of Rolling Stone won't allow it. This year, the Moody Blues are not nominated. NWA are.

Their magazine is a celebration of everything that is wrong with contemporary US culture. The silver lining to this sensationalizing of a rape story is they've been outed for what they are.
