Does any freeper have any information or ideas about gathering places for patriots supporting the president today in Yuma?

In terms of the universe we are quite insignificant.Solar System rendered to scale by Roberto Ziche. As upcountrywater pointed out, a 91% eclipse is not the same as 100%. 100% is total darkness. 91% is more like a cloud cover moving in. With 91% you don’t see the Corona, the “diamond ring,” or the dancing plasma flares. Day does not turn into night and the stars do not come out. In fact if you weren’t paying attention you most likely wouldn’t have noticed at all, (isn’t that the truth about many things?) so stealthily did the eclipse approach. And so steadfastly...

The pride of Wisconsin got an earful back home. House Speaker Paul Ryan remains undeniably popular in his home state. He routed a Donald Trump-inspired primary challenger last year to win reelection. Yet the shortcomings of an all-Republican Washington this year has met disapproval from voters across the political spectrum, and it was all too evident at a nationally televised town hall here on Monday night. “I had high hopes since you're the speaker and my congressional representative. How have you not been successful up until this point as a leader to get this done like you promised?” asked Kevin...

Steve Bannon is back with BREITBART NEWS, as most of you know. He said when he left the White House, he was going to WAR. There is no doubt in my mind that Steve Bannon is a good and honest man, and he represents the late Andrew Breitbart very well. I do believe Andrew is calling to him from the grave. I do not mean that in a morbid way, but I do mean he is a roaring wind from the heavens. Breitbart published an article today, which casts McMaster as someone who is soft on Islamist extremism. I agree...

President Trump’s decision announced Monday night to increase the U.S. presence in Afghanistan by sending up to 4,000 additional troops and military advisers into that already 16 year-old war is both disappointing, and encouraging. The disappointment comes in the President’s going back on his oft-repeated campaign pledge to get our country out of that armpit of the earth, where more that 2.500 American lives have already been sacrificed to accomplish goals that under President George W. Bush were overly-ambitious and unachievable, and that under President Barack Obama were vague and unsupported in any real way by that administration. All that...

Donald Trump’s secretary of defense James ‘Mad Dog’ Mattis appeared to suggest those who did not serve the country were “a bunch of pussies.” The retired general made the comments at an address to members of the U.S. Navy last week, and the transcript was made available by the Defense Department website this week. “You will have some of the best days of your life and some of the worst days of your life in the U.S. Navy, you know what I mean?" Mattis told the troops at an event at Naval Base Kitsap, Washington. "That means you're living. That...

The Boston “antifa” group lumped the thin blue line pro-police symbol with a list of white nationalist, neo-nazi and alt-right logos, enraged NYPD union officials said Monday. The thin blue line symbol is used to show support for law enforcement and commemorate fallen members who died in the line of duty and has become a symbol of police pride across the country and abroad. However, during the antifa protests in Boston over the weekend, it was shown on one of their posters as a symbol of hate to watch out for, next to images of an alt-right flag and a...

Missouri State Senator Maria Chappelle-Nadal must have found out the hard way that the Secret Service don't play and she went from she won't apologize to a very public apology in just a few short days... sort of. She told us we all make mistakes. Not like hers, but we do. She also told us that we're not to judge her. So much for humility and contrition.

The allocation of culpability for the violence that resulted in the tragic death of Heather Heyer at a protest/counter-protest rally in Charlottesville, VA by the media last week really should not have come as a surprise. In the case of Republicans, the news-cycle will consisted of the following phases: If the violence is perpetrated by a hate group(s) whose members are racists, anti-Semites, and white supremacists, first, implicitly tie the Republican Party and its leaders (or if it is President Trump, explicitly) to the offending hate group; secondly, insist he or she publicly renounce the group; third, if the Republican...

This was the fourth day technically speaking of the jury having the case in the second Bunkerville Standoff trial of four men (Eric Parker, Steven Stewart, Scott Drexler and Ricky Lovelien). But questions coming from a juror dominated activities at the courthouse today. The judge was told that two jurors were were biased with one fearful of guns and the other not just biased, but not diligently deliberating. US District Judge Gloria Navarro questioned the jurors and allowed them to go back to deliberations without being dismissed from the jury. The defense asked for a mistrial, but Judge Navarro declined....

Sam Nunberg, a former political adviser to Donald Trump, warned Sunday of dire consequences for National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster and Matt Drudge if White House chief strategist Steve Bannon is pushed out of the West Wing.

“If Steve is fired by the White House and a bunch of generals take over the White House there will be hell to pay,” Nunberg, a longtime Trump aide who left the presidential campaign in August 2015, told The Daily Caller in an exclusive interview.

These Racist Black KKK and Nazi Statues Must Fall “What the Negro needs is a Hitler.” August 21, 2017 Daniel Greenfield Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical left and Islamic terrorism. There are streets, schools and parks across the country named after a violent racist who urged the KKK to murder civil rights activists and claimed that racial integration was a Jewish conspiracy. There’s a boulevard in Brooklyn named after a racist who admired Hitler and boasted of being the first fascist. Harvard has a prominent...

Who is Antifa? Antifa started out in the blue-collar factories in Nazi-Germany in opposition to Hitler. On the ground-level, Antifa had the best of intentions. However, they eventually became a tool of the Far-Left under the control of George Soros to further His agenda. It is sad to see an organization, which had its roots in Nazi-Germany opposing Hitler, fall under the control of a man, who was in fact a Nazi collaborator. George Soros is a Hungarian Jew, who is responsible for turning in other Hungarian Jews over to the Nazi SS for extermination. This is the man who...

Twenty days I spent in the United States of America. Through it, I moved between five cities: Washington DC, New York, Chicago, San Antonio, and San Francisco. This came as part of my participation within a group of representatives from two countries around the world in the Global Economy Training Program of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) through a nomination from the US State Department. The common factor in all the states I visited was the love of the American people for their own country. Every square and house has the American flag. They call it Great America. The...

Economics is an intellectual tool that can help us make better decisions, but it should not make these decisions for us. There are many rational reasons to sacrifice economic expediency for principles of far greater value—things like family, freedom, art, science, nature, or God. One of the reasons Singapore is so rich is because political dissent, and the uncertainty it creates, is extirpated. Likewise, China’s economic rise was made possible, in part, due to its ability to bulldoze villages, pollute rivers, and silence critics—all in the name of “progress.” Economically justified? Certainly. Rational? Perhaps—for Bentham’s most ardent acolytes. But for...

Melania Trump, 47, is one of the most famous women in the world thanks to her husband Donald winning his bid for President of the United States last year - and being inaugurated into the position in January. Former-model Melania has been by his side every step of the way. But back in 2011 when the mother-of-one was on the promotional trail for her QVC jewellery collection she admitted she enjoyed some time to herself during her hectic schedule - and husband Donald was supportive of this. Speaking to Sherrina Navani, of the Mommy Helper Show, Melania revealed she enjoyed...

Remember when we used to have such high hopes for Paul Ryan? Back in 2012, we cheered Mitt Romney for picking him as his running mate. Yay! Paul Ryan was bringing some much-needed conservative bona fides to the ticket, all is well. Fast forward five years, and many of us look on in bemusement as the once golden boy becomes more and more of the problem. Take today, for instance. The now Speaker of the House is preparing for a CNN town hall in Racine, Wisconsin, the focus of which will undoubtedly turn to the events last weekend in Charlottesville...

The number of attendees at Saturday’s counter-protest dwarfed those attending a “Free Speech Rally,” which took place on the Parkman Bandstand in Boston Common. Roughly 40,000 counter-protesters showed up to Boston Common, according to estimates, while only a handful of protesters gathered on the bandstand behind a police buffer zone. Many of those attending the “Free Speech Rally” wore clothing supporting President Donald J. Trump, like his “Make America Great Again” hats, and some people walked through the crowd of counter-protesters wearing Trump shirts. Vulgar taunts were directed toward people wearing Trump paraphernalia, but some counter-protesters tried to protect those...
