On ABC’s hit series “Scandal,” President Fitzgerald Grant is often seen sneaking out of the White House for a clandestine meeting with the covert agents of B-613 or a secret rendezvous with Olivia Pope, but nothing could be further from the truth. The real president isn’t sneaking anywhere. The shooting in the Kansas City area on Sunday at Jewish facilities that killed three was a horrifying reminder of the dangers some hate groups pose. Attorney Gen. Eric Holder on Monday morning issued a statement on the matter. “I was horrified to learn of this weekend’s tragic shootings outside Kansas City. These senseless acts of violence are all the more heartbreaking as they were perpetrated on the eve of the solemn occasion of Passover. “Justice Department prosecutors will work with their state and local counterparts to provide all available support and to determine whether the federal hate crimes statute...

I see Dear Reader, six years after seizing power, has SUDDENLY discovered how much he cares about women and wages. But three days ago, he could barely be bothered with the murder of our soldiers. Fundraising was of paramount importance. Now I see he is going to attend the memorial service at Fort Hood TOMORROW. Seems reasonable to me that for something that happened late last week would not wait until WEDNESDAY for a service. Looks to me like Fort Hood was FORCED to not hold a service until it was convenient for Obamugabe. What do you think?

Many kids bring notes to their teachers explaining why they missed school. Those notes may carry a little more weight when they're signed by President Obama himself. ... Watching Barack Obama hug her young daughter, Cristina Hassinger should have felt elated.
