Right. Its for Obama, not Bush. GHWB is just a convenient background prop. He seems to be using the Bush’s quite a lot lately.
BJ Clinton also used the Bushes back when he needed some favorable photo ops to rehabilitate his image.
The Bush family is an easy mark, but then they are part of the DC club.

Mr Bush is a many of class...a man of dignity.Those,obviously,are two words that are utterly foreign to the Community Organizer-In-Chief.I'm more inclined to think that Mr Bush is acting out a wish to preserve the honor of the office which,IMO,would be just another indication of his breeding.Osama Obama,OTOH,is probably using the occasion to boost the "Moochelle 2016" cause.
