Andrew Pollack, the father of one of the 17 Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting victims, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against former Broward Sheriff Deputy Scot Peterson, gunman Nikolas Cruz and several others. Peterson, who was the Parkland school’s resource officer at the time of the Feb.14 attack, has come under immense public criticism for failing to enter the building while the shooting was taking place.

"Covered a TON of important material today. Started off responding to an Arminian attempt to spin the discussion of John 3:16 and the phrase πᾶς ὠπιστεÏων (every one believing). Then we moved on to some developments on the racialism front. From there we switched gears and addressed the claim that CGBM will cause all of the past three hundred years of textual critical work to be thrown in the trash bin. And then finally we played the entirety of the Jordan Peterson/Ben Shapiro dialogue on Christianity and Judaism, interacting with it and hopefully providing some important balance. A ton...

"I wrote in some detail and with some depth about motivation for the mass slaughter of innocents in my new book. Because of what happened all-too-recently and brutally in Parkland -- because of what keeps happening -- I thought I would read the relevant chapter (Rule 6: Put your house in perfect order before you criticize the world) and release it on YouTube. I regard the mass shootings as symptomatic of the nihilism and psychological confusion that so deeply characterizes our society at the current time."

"If you want to join me in spreading these ideas of freedom and individuality in person I'll be joining Jordan Peterson on his 12 Rules for Life tour for as many events as possible -- most of these dates are sold out already, but some tickets are still available."

"Conservatism has all-too-often found itself unable to articulate a coherent positive doctrine. By this I mean specifically that the laudable conservative tendency to preserve the best of past has too-often manifested itself in a series of "thou shalt not" statements, instead of laying out a manifesto of fundamental values that might serve to unite people around a set of common ambitions. I am attempting to rectify this problem with this statement of principles, some of which I believe might have the additional virtue of being attractive to young people, looking for mature and forthright purpose and responsibility. I am not...

"What is political extremism? Professor of psychology Jordan Peterson points out that America knows what right-wing radicalism looks like: The doctrine of racial superiority is where conservatives have drawn the line. "What’s interesting is that on the conservative side of the spectrum we’ve figured out how to box-in the radicals and say, 'No, you’re outside the domain of acceptable opinion,'" says Peterson. But where's that line for the Left? There is no universal marker of what extreme liberalism looks like, which is devastating to the ideology itself but also to political discourse as a whole....

Rule #6 "Set Your House In Perfect Order Before You Criticize the World," The Album. Words by Dr. Jordan Peterson, Music by Akira the Don.

"How you overcome the suffering of life? Be a better person. That's how you do it. Well, that's hard. It takes responsibility. You want to have a meaningful life? Everything you do matters. That's definition of a meaningful life. But everything you do matters. You gonna carry that with you. Or do you just want to forget about whole meaning thing, then you don’t have any responsibility, because who the hell cares, you can wander through life doing whatever you want, gratifying impulsive desires for how long useful that’s going to be, and you’re stuck in meaninglessness, but you don’t...

Jordan Peterson, the Canadian clinical psychologist, is having an enormous impact on our culture. His refusal to use legally mandated language has reverberated around the world. He is obviously rattling leftists as they continue to make hysterical claims about him. The most recent and long-winded example comes from Nathan J. Robinson, the editor of Current Affairs. He published an almost twelve-thousand-word essay in that journal. It's hard to believe, but even with all those words he lands not a single blow on Peterson. He does manage to make a complete fool of himself.

The bedrock, foundation stone, must do, can’t fail job when it comes to national security is to keep the kids alive and safe and well – no exceptions, says the young woman who is challenging Precinct 1, Place 2 Justice of the Peace Walter “Pete” Peterson. If that’s not a national security issue, the most important one of all, then, well, you know… Judge Peterson has an interesting judicial track record. He has never once faced an opponent in an election. The judicial delegation in the highly gerrymandered Constable and Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 were both appointed to...

The armed school officer branded a coward by President Donald Trump has defended his actions during the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. Scot Peterson was outside the school when a gunman killed 17 people, but did not go inside as shots rang out. His attorney, Joseph DiRuzzo, said his client believed the gunfire was coming from outside the school. He followed his training by taking cover and prompting a lockdown, the lawyer said. Mr DiRuzzo said it was "patently untrue" that Mr Peterson was a coward on the day. Mr Peterson, a veteran officer who had been assigned to...
