The University of Pennsylvania which had originally posted this has now pulled down the video from their site. But this is an attempt on the part of Jonathan Gruber and company to pull their pants up after they got caught. I think it's comical that these people still believe they can say whatever they want in public, but then flip out if anyone quotes them. It also appears that the Snopes.com mafia has been called in to cast doubt upon the incident as conservatives have reported it. They call this claim a Mixture of true and false. Here's their lame...

This is the shocking moment a Philadelphia high school teacher was filmed lying unconscious in a hallway after allegedly being knocked out by a student. Pewu Johnson, 68, a substitute English teacher, reportedly reprimanded the teenager after he saw a girl sitting on his lap in an 'inappropriate' manner at Bartram High School. Later that day, the student confronted Mr Johnson and told him, 'get the f*** out of my face',

Dems Realize “War on Coal” Cost Them Coal Country by Daniel Greenfield People are funny that way. They cling to their bibles and guns. And then if you declare war on them, they don’t want to vote for you. Coal-heavy districts in West Virginia, Kentucky and Illinois that had been steadily moving away from Democrats in recent elections appear to have completed that shift Tuesday, when they overwhelmingly backed Republicans who vowed to oppose what they call President Barack Obama’s “war on coal.”In West Virginia, once a long-time Democratic stronghold, Republicans will take control of both houses of the state...

James Dupree is a world-renowned artist and native son of Philadelphia, who is about to see his art studio turned into a grocery store, thanks to the rubber-stamp review that passes for judging when his city exercises the power of eminent domain. James' artistic accomplishments are truly awesome. He has five paintings in the permanent collection of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Others can be found in the National Museum of Art in Cardiff, Wales; the Schomberg Museum in New York; the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts; and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. You can see the Philadelphia Museum...

Last week I wrote about the shocking story of how our Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) willfully brought crack cocaine into the Black neighborhoods of our nation to make cash for financing a revolution in Nicaragua. This is going down as the vilest act perpetrated against a specific race of people. An agency of our nation performed and managed the dastardly act and must be held accountable. In other words, reparations are due. They are due, but they will never come unless we start acting and demanding justice. There has been talk of reparations for the effects of slavery. That isn’t...

At one Philadelphia Mickey D’s some women were downright furious when they arrived too late for the fast food chain’s breakfast menu. Caught on camera, it appears as though an argument was instigated between two women and a tall man in a black jacket. The ladies proceeded to express their anger by throwing chairs, throwing limbs, and even broke a broom over one man’s head. Police said they made no arrests.

BLOOMING GROVE, Pa. – The survivalist marksman charged in a deadly ambush on a Pennsylvania state police barracks stowed guns including a Chinese-made sniper rifle and other gear in an abandoned airplane hangar near where he was captured after 48 days on the run, according to court documents released Wednesday.
  • Wolf defeats Corbett

Democrat Tom Wolf, a businessman from central Pennsylvania, was elected governor Tuesday in his first campaign for political office. Republican Tom Corbett became the first incumbent governor to lose reelection in the state's modern history. "We need to restablish education as the priority in the state of Pennsyvlania," Wolf said, speaking to supporters at the York Expo Center shortly after 10 p.m., after thanking Corbett for his service to the state.

Even though the state was home to a late-term abortionist who killed babies in live-birth abortions and ran what could be described as the most shocking abortion clinic in history, Pennsylvania voters are sending a pro-abortion governor to Harrisburg. Pro-life Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett, who was frequently cited as one of the most vulnerable incumbent governors in the 2014 election cycle, lost his bid for re-election. Due to his strong pro-life leadership, the National Right to Life Committee and the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation endorsed Governor Tom Corbett for reelection. By contrast, Tom Wolf was backed by NARAL, a radical pro-abortion...

Voters in Pennsylvania chose first-time candidate Tom Wolf (D) over Gov. Tom Corbett (R) as their new governor on Tuesday. Multiple outlets called the race for Wolf immediately after polls closed on Tuesday evening. With the loss, Corbett became the first governor in the state’s modern history to lose a reelection race. Wolf, a longtime businessman who turned around his family’s cabinet company, had maintained a strong and steady lead in polling ahead of the election, though the incumbent’s campaign claimed that the tide was shifting and momentum had turned in his favor in recent days. Corbett’s approval ratings in...

Ebola: Pa. monitoring caseload risesPennsylvania health officials as of Monday afternoon were monitoring 135 people for possible Ebola symptoms, an increase of 30 from last week. All have recently arrived in Pennsylvania after visiting one of the areas in West Africa affected by the Ebola outbreak. However, none are known to have had direct exposure to Ebola, or have shown symptoms. Pennsylvania receives between one and roughly 25 people daily who have returned from Guinea, Liberia or Sierra Leone, where about 13,600 people have been stricken with Ebola, and nearly 5,000 have died as of the end of October.

As most of us already know, an equal salary can stretch much further in one place than in another. If you earn at least $75,000 per year, you earn a comfortable salary. At this income level, you are said to have reached the point where you really don’t need any more money to thrive. In each state, however, this $75,000 has to be adjusted to account for costs of living differences. A few states, however, like Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Nevada, Florida, and Wisconsin are right around the benchmark. That is, even when adjusting for cost of living, these states will...

This should be a wake-up call to Europe, long accustomed to living under the U.S. defense umbrella, to take more responsibility for its own defense. So far this year, NATO jets have had to scramble 100 times to intercept these airspace intruders just to show that the West's perimeters are still protected. That's three times as many as intercepted in 2013. It also coincides with a strange submarine incursion in Swedish waters, believed to have been Russian. There's no doubt about it, Russia wants its Cold War empire back, and a complacent, "Finlandized" Europe. Vladimir Putin continues in his quest...

Pennsylvania State Police, ending a seven-week manhunt, have captured a man accused of ambushing two troopers, leaving one dead and seriously injuring the other. Eric Frein, 31, was taken into custody Thursday, state police said. NBC reports that Frein was found in a hanger at Pocono Mountain Airport, where they received a report he was hiding. Despite being armed with a gun, sources told CNN that he was arrested by U.S. marshals without incident. Marshals surrounded the hangar, called out Frein's name and he surrendered. However, pictures of Frein in the back of a police cruiser show him nursing a...

Nikole Ardeno and Emanuel Velez, two community organizers for the anti-violence group Stop the Violence, have been arrested for attacking an ex-roommate in an apparent property dispute. Aredeno and Velez attacked the roommate because he had apparently taken items from their shared apartment that weren't his. The two punched and kicked the man, then left his unconscious body lying in the middle of the street. The attack happened on Tuesday in the Pennsylvania town of Washington. The victim, who renames unnamed, is now recovering at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pennsylvania.
