Santa Cruz police are searching for a man who allegedly photographed a naked 7-year-old girl in a public shower on July 13. The girl was rinsing off her body near the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf and Beach Street around 5:15 p.m. when a restaurant worker noticed an older white man, who looked to be in his late sixties, apparently snapping pictures, according to KSBW.
