Police arrested Hiram David Giron Rascon, 27, on Tuesday night after police received a call about an attempted sexual assault. A registered sex offender accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 6-year old girl, from Maricopa is behind bars. George Horner, age 26, was taken into custody around 11:00 a.m. Saturday near the Coolidge, Arizona airport. Investigators say the girl he allegedly kidnapped Friday was found walking on a Casa Grande road 20 miles from her home.
