(Washington, DC ) - Judicial Watch announced today that the Obama State Department recently found "thousands" of new records from Hillary Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State. According to information provided to Judicial Watch by various Justice Department attorneys, the new documents appear be "working" records in electronic format located on both "shared" and "individual" drives accessible to or used by persons identified as being relevant to Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits on the Benghazi scandal and controversies from Clinton's term at State. The State Department confirmed the new find in a court filing late this past...

In 1994 a New Jersey state agency known as the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) tried to seize the home of an elderly widow named Vera Coking, who lived just off of Atlantic City's famous beachfront boardwalk. In place of Coking's modest residence, state officials envisioned a new limousine parking lot for the neighboring Trump Plaza, the high-rise hotel and casino owned and operated by real estate tycoon Donald Trump. Thankfully, this preposterous attempt to wield eminent domain on Trump's behalf was struck down in court. "What has occurred here is analogous to giving Trump a blank check with respect...

Just minutes after Donald Trump came under fire for retweeting a white nationalist on Friday, another Twitter user pointed out that the Republican presidential front-runner's latest campaign ad features images of Soviet soldiers. [screen capture at source] The images were included in a 40-second video posted to Trump's Facebook page Friday and accompanied by the following caption: "Our veterans are being treated worse than illegal immigrants. If Trump becomes president, that will end immediately. Our veterans will be proud and respected again. #‎MakeAmericaGreatAgain." Several of the medals worn by the veterans depicted in the video are engraved with a hammer...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: There's a story here in the Washington Times by Kelly Riddell, and the headline is: "Democrats Unsure Hillary Clinton Can Beat Donald Trump in General Election." Now, this is a first. Before the Christmas break, the conventional wisdom was that Hillary would trounce Trump. In fact, that was the primary reason Republicans should not nominate Trump, is that Hillary would just cream him. It would be the end of the Republican Party. Trump would be the absolute worst person of all running on the Republican side to win the nomination 'cause Hillary would just mop up. Now,...

The Jalal brothers recently gained massive notoriety after posting a series of videos to Facebook where they dress up in Arabic-style robes and hurl suspicious parcels at random strangers while running off and sparking panic in their targets. The brothers, a group from Melbourne, Australia, call themselves the Jalals and just yesterday posted their third bomb scare prank video. The reactions they get are typically the same – the victim running away in sheer panic whether out of their vehicle, up an escalator, or even into a body of water. This time, however, they apparently got a different reaction while...

A giant stream of methane, a potent greenhouse gas, is blowing hundreds of feet into the air in Los Angeles County for the seventh week. The release cancels out hundreds of smaller efforts over more than a decade to clamp down on escapes of the gas, a priority because in the short term, methane is a far more powerful climate-warming gas than carbon dioxide. The unbridled release of methane, the main component of natural gas, has created a high risk work environment for those trying to extinguish the leak. And many residents of nearby Porter Ranch say an additive in...

(Reuters) - Major U.S. computer company Dell Inc said on Monday a security hole exists in some of its recently shipped laptops that could make it easy for hackers to access users’ private data. A pre-installed program on some newly purchased Dell laptops that can only be removed manually by consumers makes them vulnerable to cyber intrusions that may allow hackers to read encrypted messages and redirect browser traffic to spoofs of real websites such as Google or those belonging to a bank, among other attacks. . . . . .Dell said it would provide customers with instructions to permanently...

Microsoft forced the Windows 10 upgrade on unsuspecting users for a week before correcting the 'mistake' Yesterday Peter Bright at Ars Technica posted a jaw-dropping statement from Microsoft about its latest attempts to force Windows 10 down Windows 7 users' throats. Bright asked his Microsoft contacts why the "Upgrade to Windows 10" item appears in Windows Update's Optional list with a check mark. For those Windows 7 and 8.1 users who have Automatic Update turned on, the check mark indicates that Windows should blithely start the Windows 10 upgrade. While there are at least two dialog boxes to prevent full...

President Obama on Sunday called Hillary Rodham Clinton’s use of a private email server “a mistake,” but said it had not endangered national security and had been “ginned-up” into a political attack by Republicans eager to keep her from being president. “As a general proposition, when we’re in these offices, we have to be more sensitive and stay as far away from the line as possible when it comes to how we handle information, how we handle our own personal data,” Mr. Obama said. “And, you know, she made a mistake. She has acknowledged it.”

No one will be dragging a disabled guy into court over it. No movies will be made about it. No one will even be getting fired. Like a public school, Obama doesn’t fire people unless he really has no other choice. And not even then. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) told Breitbart News on Monday that the CIA station chief in Afghanistan revealed to reporters through a White House e-mail is no longer serving at that post. “It was irresponsible enough to expose him and it’s my understanding that he had to leave,” Portman said. “I don’t know [if he’s out of...

WASHINGTON - The National Archives lost a computer hard drive containing massive amounts of sensitive data from the Clinton administration, including Social Security numbers, addresses, and Secret Service and White House operating procedures, congressional officials said Tuesday. One of former Vice President Al Gore's three daughters is among those whose Social Security numbers were on the drive, but it was not clear which one. Other information includes logs of events, social gatherings and political records. Archives spokeswoman Susan Cooper said in a written statement that the agency was preparing to notify affected individuals of the breach. The representative of former...

With a long line of debunked lies, shredded excuses, and abandoned spin attempts behind her, Hillary Clinton finally decided it was time to “apologize” for her email scandal. Of course, her idea of an “apology” basically amounts to: I’m sorry you Little People are too stupid to understand what I was up against, as a historic female Secretary of State. For good measure, Clinton threw in a stiff dose of the amazing Incompetence Defense into her MSNBC appearance – that bizarre, and disturbingly effective, tactic pioneered by the Obama Administration where officials claim to be innocent of wrongdoing by insisting...

A law enforcement officer's gun was stolen from a car in Oakland on Wednesday morning, according to police. The burglary was reported at 9:58 a.m. near a shopping plaza at the intersection of Fruitvale Avenue and East Ninth Street, a few blocks from the Fruitvale BART station, police said. Oakland police spokeswoman Officer Johnna Watson said the firearm belonged to a law enforcement agency that was not Oakland police, but she did not know which agency. The theft comes days after University of California, Berkeley's police Chief Margo Bennett had her gun, badge, department-issued laptop and other items stolen as...
