The Police Department in Tulsa, Okla., released video on Monday of an encounter during which, the authorities said, a white police officer fatally shot an unarmed black man who could be seen raising his hands above his head. Around 7:00 a.m., a 5.6 magnitude earthquake shook and several residents and along with our staff began going to social media in response. People in Dallas felt a 5.6 magnitude earthquake that's epicenter is in Oklahoma just after 7 a.m. Saturday. Aftershocks are reportedly possible, USGS reports. The number of stores feeling the effects of a bad gas recall has tripled in the last day. The Oklahoma Corporation Commission now says 107 gas stations and distributors have so far been identified as possibly receiving high ethanol gas. Nearly 450,000 gallons of fuel from Magellan Midstream Partners may have as much as 30-percent ethanol. The fuel was distributed between Aug. 23 and Aug. 29 to dozens of stations across the state. FOX 25 checked in with several stores affected by the recall, all of which said their fuel had been recycled out either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning....

PAOLI, Okla. (KOKH) - Police say a Garvin County woman was arrested after shooting a man in her home.The Paoli Police Department says 34-year-old Valerie Fowler was arrested Aug. 29 on a complaint of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.Just after 7:20 a.m. Monday, police say Fowler found a man in a bedroom with her 16-year-old daughter. Fowler allegedly then shot the man.The 31-year-old man was medi-flighted to OU Medical Center.Fowler was arrested and has since bonded out of the Garvin County Jail. Police have not yet identified the man who was shot.

On Wednesday, a judge refused to accept a guilty plea from a man accused of beheading a co-worker in 2014.
