The special counsel, Robert Mueller, is examining tweets from President Donald Trump about Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the former FBI director James Comey to see if they played a part in attempts to obstruct the Russia investigation, according to the New York Times on Thursday. Since the FBI never examined the DNC server first-hand, and instead of doing so, relied heavily on information provided by Crowdstrike who was hired by the DNC, any such information should NOT be relied upon for any conclusions. McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna on Tuesday fired prosecutor Amanda Dillon, the last of Reyna’s remaining employees who provided information to the FBI during its investigation of Reyna. The Department of Justice is looking into whether Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf obstructed justice by warning Northern California residents of an impending raid by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
