ALBANY—Now it's Assemblyman Jim Tedisco by 97. The State Board of Elections just posted this spreadsheet showing updated tallies from Washington and Saratoga counties. Counties are completing a machine recanvass before they proceed with counting paper ballots, subject to court action. The total is 76,817 to 76,914. "Of those 5,995 votes, 48 percent were cast by registered Republicans, 36 percent were cast by registered Democrats and 16 percent by others.
