Yesterday North Korea made the claim they were close to development of an inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM). The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is concerned over a missing radioactive device from Iran’s Bushehr nuclear reactor, Saudi-owned Arab newspaper Asharq al-Awsat reported on Thursday. Early in this evening's debate Hillary emphatically mentioned nuclear response times. She is someone that should know that information. That gets to operational knowledge and capabilities of our nuclear assets. This is typically highly sensitive (classified) information.
