He tweeted this right after a picture of all his kids around him kissing him .... I think it was sentimental. He also had a picture of his kids “best kids ever”. I took it that as a parent, he could appreciate his parents so be in touch & tell them you love them - don’t wait. I don’t think there was anything sinister about it.

Won't dismiss anything backhandedly these days, but will keep my powder dry on this one for awhile.
I honestly think Putin has a good idea that DJ is gonna pull this thing out, and looks forward to 'working' with someone who can be counted on for clarity/honesty.
We have more potential commonalities with Russia than we have divisions, imho.
