A new Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report reveals that President Barack Obama has attended only 42.1% of his daily intelligence briefings (known officially as the Presidential Daily Brief, or PDB) in the 2,079 days of his presidency through September 29, 2014. I have heard a lot of criticism aimed at President Chirac of France because he did not plan to attend President Ronald Reagan's Funeral Services while here in The United States of America. I am left to ask the question, so what? In my humble opinion, President Chirac did the very best thing he could do, not attend our beloved President Reagan's Funeral.
