Governor Phil Murphy’s wife Tammy Murphy has announced she is running for U.S. Senate. She and her husband are rabidly pro-abortion. Since she has become a candidate for U.S. Senate, she said she plans to make abortion the # 1 priority if she gets elected. On a recent podcast when asked about her major policy goals, her first reply was, “abortion, abortion, abortion.” New Jersey deserves better than a person of privilege who promotes the killing of innocent children as an answer to helping poor women. Here’s an excerpt from another article for background: “From gun violence and mass shootings...

TRENTON, New Jersey, April 16, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – Democratic New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said he “wasn’t thinking of the Bill of Rights” when he prohibited large gatherings of more than 50 people, including religious gatherings, in his state due to the coronavirus pandemic. “That’s above my paygrade,” he told Tucker Carlson during a Fox News interview on April 15. Carlson pressed the governor multiple times on the constitutionality of a move that effectively banned significant numbers of people from coming together for worship services. “How do you have the authority to order something that so clearly contravenes the Bill...

NEW JERSEY, April 3, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) — The governor of New Jersey asked citizens to practice “social distancing” — staying away from other people — even while they are at home with their families in order to further combat the coronavirus pandemic. “If you do not need to be out, then we need you to stay at home,” declared Gov. Phil Murphy during a recent press conference. “Please, God, stay at home.” “And even when you are at home, keep your distance between yourself and other family members,” added Murphy. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines...

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy’s order Monday banning all elective medical procedures in the state includes an “explicit exemption” for aborting unborn babies. While much of the country is focused on saving lives, abortion activists and their political allies are still intent on killing them – even while medical resources are scarce and people are dying from the coronavirus. “Governor Murphy’s executive order exempting abortion during this global pandemic defies logic and is highly irresponsible,” said New Jersey Right to Life Executive Director Marie Tasy. “97% of all abortions are elective procedures and are not medically necessary.” A press release...

A fatal early morning explosion that obliterated a two-story house and killed a couple jolted people from their beds as much as a mile and a half away, and sent waves of shock and sadness through the small community of Newfield. "It breaks your heart," said Wayne Ingling, a friend of the couple who lives in nearby North Vineland. "These are people that went to bed last night like everybody else and they don't get to wake up today." John, 73, and Carole Paladino, 72, were the only people inside the Oakwood Drive home when it exploded around 6:15 a.m.,...

New Jersey authorities have responded to a request by pro-lifers to investigate a suspicious arrangement between two abortionists. Marie Tasy of New Jersey Right to Life says the organization filed complaints about two notorious abortionists, Steven Brigham and Vikram H. Kaji. Brigham, who has lost or surrendered his medical license in several states, ran into problems in New Jersey where he owns six abortion clinics. Tasy says that's because the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Board of Medical Examiners started proceedings to revoke Brigham's license. "This all came to light when they performed an abortion on a woman and...

LAWRENCE – The Princeton Area Community Foundation awarded $575,000 in grants this year to 26 nonprofits as part of its Greater Mercer Grants program, officials announced Monday. The grants, which are made possible through individual donors, private foundations and corporate grantmakers, provide immediate assistance while also supporting projects that could eliminate such needs in the future. "While Mercer County is diverse, there are many substantial problems that we must address together,” said Michelle Cash, vice president of grants and programs. “Through our Greater Mercer Grants, as well as the work of many others in the community, we are helping to...

A New Jersey news crew recently produced a story on their own collective reaction to a video developed by Created Equal, a pro-life group that shows graphic images of abortion in public areas. Created Equal operates under free speech rights, setting up overt displays that put the reality of abortion in plain view for passers-by in busy pedestrian locales. The crew, Chasing New Jersey, watched the following Created Equal video, and “Chaser” Bill Anderson instigated a discussion about their reactions (second video) after they saw it. Warning: The first video below contains graphic abortion images. GRAPHIC VIDEO ON LINK This...

Roughly 1,800 New Jersey children had their insurance plans cancelled last week due to Obamacare. With the flurry of cancellation notices hitting mailboxes across the Garden State, one parent, Bob Miotla, told the NJ.com news of his son's cancellation made him "extremely angry." "Without having that safety net, if an illness arises, we will probably take him to the ER," said Miotla, who is on Medicare and disabled. Obamacare's new mandated requirements killed New Jersey's low-cost children's insurance coverage plan, FamilyCare Advantage. The plan, offered by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, was designed for children whose parents...

According to White House Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs, the President was busy with other matters last night and wasn't really concerned with election results. Although one would find that hard to believe, in Obama's case it might be true. He has shown a remarkable ability to ignore events that surround him, tea parties, town halls, Afghanistan, to name a few. It's amazing how the Administration can wave off important events effecting the country in the same manner that Obama swatted a fly during an interview. Nonchalantly dismissing anything that doesn't go their way as unimportant. Truth be known, Obama's ego...

The principal of a New Jersey elementary school where young students were videotaped singing the praises of President Obama is making no apologies for the videotape and says she would allow the performance again if she could, according to parents who spoke with her Thursday night. Three parents told FOXNews.com that Dr. Denise King, principal of B. Bernice Young Elementary School in Burlington, N.J., defended the controversial performance, which was videotaped and posted on YouTube, when they approached her during a "Back to School" event. Parent Jim Angelillo said King told him the lesson was merely part of Black History...

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP -- A knife-wielding robber who entered the Windsor Pharmacy on Wednesday night was taken down by a store clerk using a handgun, police said. Matthew Perry, a 21-year-old Middletown Township resident, allegedly went into the pharmacy just after 8:30 p.m., displayed a knife, and demanded the pill oxycontin. Police said he began to struggle with a store clerk who resisted him. A second store clerk, who had a valid permit to carry a weapon, pulled out a handgun and fired one shot at Perry, hitting him in the arm and chest, according to police. Police said Perry fell...

Two state lawmakers accused of accepting bribes for political favors have officially resigned from the Assembly. Alfred Steele, D-Passaic, and Mims Hackett, D-Essex, both sent letters Monday to the Assembly’s clerk saying they would formally step down. Steele, Hackett and nine other public officials -- including Passaic Mayor Samuel “Sammy” Rivera -- were arrested on influence-peddling charges last week following an 18-month FBI corruption sting. All remain free on $200,000 bail. The government alleges Steele, who is also county undersheriff and a Baptist minister in Paterson, accepted $14,000 in exchange for his promotion of a phony insurance firm set up...

AL ANBAR, Iraq (Feb. 14, 2006) -- When asked about the biggest challenge of operating in a foreign country such as Iraq, many service members will say it is the language barrier that causes the most frustration. To combat this challenge, Arabic speakers are hired from across the world to be a vital connection between the people of Iraq and the Coalition Forces. Without them, little could be accomplished. On a rare occasion, contracted interpreters are not necessary – not when you have Marines who can do the job. Such is the case with Lance Cpl. Brian Youssef, a Marine...

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Jersey's governor's race, once considered a Democratic lock, is now in a dead heat with four weeks to go before the Nov. 8 off-year election, a new independent poll shows. Republican business executive Doug Forrester has gained significant ground on Democratic Sen. Jon Corzine, whose once double-digit lead has dwindled to a 44 percent to 43 percent statistical dead heat, according to a WNBC/Marist poll of 600 registered voters. "What was supposed to be a coronation is actually turning into a bloody duel. Two weeks ago, I had Corzine ahead of Forrester by seven or eight points, so...

Doug Forrester has taken a much more "assertive" approach in the last few weeks of the Republican campaign for governor, even at the risk of alienating key partisans whose support could be crucial in the general election. The Mercer County businessmanhas sunk $1 million into an 11th-hour media blitz, including some of the most negative advertising of the race. He has gone on the attack in debates, aiming squarely at his main rival, former Jersey City mayor Bret Schundler. And he went to court to undo the Republican county convention endorsements and improve his ballot position in the most populous...

Ok fellow freepers. The aristocracy had fun deciding which 'hick town' was the armpit of America. Naturally it had to be rural and conservative. A tad redneck. They were way off the mark. I would have picked New York prior to 9-11. I mean, good grief. Hellery's husband pardoned bomb terrorists to get her elected, the scandal is exposed to every New Yorker and they elected her anyway? She was silent on the issue for at least a week. But well, perhaps NY had been reborn in blood. So, I'm tempted to give them a pass. Arkansas? Could that be...
