Prior to that date, with few exceptions, you could not hold dual nationality with Canada. The Republican National Committee (RNC) has formally split with NBC for its debate next month in Houston, announcing Monday that it will partner with CNN to broadcast the event. In his speech he asked that President Barack Obama visit Flint, when the president is at the North American International Auto Show next week.
