A learner driver who stitched his own chainsaw wound before attempting to drink drive to hospital has lost an appeal to have the matter considered "trifling" by the Supreme Court. The class, literally named “Wasting Time on the Internet,” is being taught by Professor Kenneth Goldsmith this Spring 2015 semester.
