ST. CLOUD, Minn. - A man in a private security uniform who stabbed eight people at a Minnesota shopping mall was a "soldier of the Islamic State," ISIS-linked media say. The man reportedly mentioned Allah and asked at least one victim if they were Muslim before an off-duty police officer shot and killed him, authorities said.
