It was announced today that ISIS had captured non-existent chemical WMDs from the retreating Iraqi forces. Administration officials and MSM administration pimps and pimpettes were appalled by the discovery of the non-existent WMDs and were working on a storyline and short film that indicated a right wing conspiracy was responsible for smuggling them into Iraqi. Indications are that the non-existent chemical WMDs, from the Bush era, include sarin, VX, mustard gas and other toxic chemical weapons. Administration experts stated that there is probably no danger from these non-existent chemical WMDs as they have been encased in concrete and the ISIS...

Soldiers in a Louisiana National Guard unit that deployed last year for a construction mission in Kuwait returned home from Texas on Wednesday, after a 15-hour bus ride that was arranged because no airline would provide a charter flight. Some of the soldiers in the 1021st Engineer Company arrived at Jackson Barracks, greeted by family and friends. The 1021st is based in Covington and has detachments in Independence and Gonzales. The company sent 160 soldiers to Kuwait. They returned to the United States earlier this month for post-deployment training at Fort Bliss, near El Paso

In 1961, France's Charles de Gaulle told President John F. Kennedy that in Vietnam the U.S. would sink "step by step into a bottomless quagmire," however much it spent "in men and money." President Kennedy had begun sending more advisors to Vietnam to help the Diem regime, increasing their number to 800 in 1961. Kennedy refused his military advisors advice to send combat divisions to Vietnam, but he increased the number of so-called advisors and aid to the Saigon regime.

This video will tell you everything you need to know about the Islamonazis that Obama has been arming and who threaten to overturn Iraq and neighboring countries. Chilling, especially since they proudly display their European passports. DO NOT DOUBT these bastards plan on slaughtering Americans at the first opportunity. Notice the Kosovo passport the leader shows off. Thanks Clintoon. If not for you, this bastard would have been rightfully exterminated by the Serbs. Id also note how slick this propaganda video is. These guys are no cave-dwelling Taliban. They are the SPECTRE of Islam.

Garrett McKay dipped his brush in a bucket of water and began scrubbing the dirt from another bright white headstone, this one from a second lieutenant who served in World War I, dying in 1963. “I know in the winter the headstones do get very weathered,” he said, as the bristles removed grime caked into the engraved letters. “The ones under the trees are really pretty dirty.” Despite the Saturday morning drizzle, McKay and 20 friends and family members spent the morning at Fort Snelling National Cemetery cleaning the limestone graves of hundreds of soldiers, their wives and the occasional...

Spending on veterans’ health care could double in three years under the Senate’s solution to the long waits experienced by thousands seeking medical care at VA hospitals and clinics, according to congressional budget experts. […] Both the Senate bill and a House version also passed this past week would dramatically expand government-paid health care. They would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to pay private providers to treat qualifying veterans who can’t get prompt appointments at the VA’s nearly 1,000 hospitals and outpatient clinics or who live at least 40 miles from one of them. …

Divers from the U.S. Navy will visit the World War II graveyard of the "Galloping Ghost of the Java Coast” — the sunken USS Houston — later this month in a bid to determine what remains of the ship, which went down with more than 700 sailors off the coast of Indonesia. The wreck of the Northampton-class heavy cruiser, which was sunk by the Japanese during the World War II battle of Sunda Strait on Feb. 28, 1942, will be surveyed by Navy divers working with their counterparts from Indonesia. The ship lies about 125 feet deep, near Java, Indonesia,...
  • Deployed Soldier Sends Pizza Home to Husband

Even when separated by thousands of miles, one deployed U.S. soldier managed to keep the tradition of a weekly pizza night with her husband alive. The soldier’s husband, Reddit user Robswampthing, posted photographic evidence of his wife’s love on the social media site this week. “My wife is deployed right now, and we always used to get pizza on Wednesday nights,” he wrote. “I sent her a message telling her how much I missed doing that with her, then Papa Johns showed up.” The message from his wife above the hot and cheesy Papa John’s pizza was sweet and simple....

Duty, Honor, Country: Those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying points: to build courage when courage seems to fail; to regain faith when there seems to be little cause for faith; to create hope when hope becomes forlorn. Unhappily, I possess neither that eloquence of diction, that poetry of imagination, nor that brilliance of metaphor to tell you all that they mean. The unbelievers will say they are but words, but a slogan, but a flamboyant phrase. Every pedant, every demagogue, every cynic, every...

Thank you for contacting me about U.S. Marine Corps veteran Andrew Tahmooressi. As you may know, on March 31, 2014, Andrew Tahmooressi was arrested on weapons charges in Mexico after arriving at a border crossing point with a pistol, shotgun, and rifle in his truck. Possession of a firearm is a federal crime in Mexico, and Sergeant Tahmooressi is currently being detained while he awaits hearings concerning his case. Sergeant Tahmooressi maintains that he took a wrong turn and had no intention of crossing the Mexican border or trafficking arms. Although this affair is a matter for the Mexican judiciary,...

On June 10, the House Appropriations Committee made clear the way many on Capitol Hill view national defense. By a raised-hands vote of 13 to 23, the Committee rejected an amendment from Congressman Jack Kingston—a Georgia Republican—to redirect $339 million from operation and maintenance funds, deemed excess, to retain 234 A-10 close air support aircraft in the U.S. Air Force inventory. Even though the committee found $1.6 billion to increase the Obama Administration’s budget to buy hardware, it could not find a penny to retain one of the most extraordinarily effective weapons in the U.S. arsenal—and one of the cheapest...
