With all of the hubbub about President Bush's National Guard service, where is the outcry for Kerry to sign SF-180 to authorize the release of ALL of his records? The news media has given Kerry a pass of incredible proportions. As the prospective Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces, I think that it is high time to really see ALL of Kerry's Official service record. I want to see his OERs (not OETRs). I want to see his complete medical records. I want to know what actions the US military took subsequent to his 1971 testimony - since...

Concerned Americans request that you - Senator Kerry authorize the Department of the Navy to independently release your military records (through your execution of Standard Form 180), complete and unaltered, including your military medical records. That means every page - ALL PAGES. KERRY HAS A "FEW" IRRELEVANT DOCUMENTS AT HIS WEB SITE HANDPICKED BY KERRY TO FOOL THE AMERICAN PUBLIC. The SF 180 can be downloaded at http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/sf180.pdf or faxed on demand via 301-837-0990 (request document 2255). Concerned Americans can generate form SF 180 and personally hand them to Sen. Kerry as he campaigns. This will give him multiple opportunities...

I just called Tim Curley, CEO and President of AP 1-212-621-7550 I asked him why the AP has not requested Kerry's Military records. He said "we have looked at them all and found nothing" I asked how he could read them all if Kerry hasn't signed Form 180 allowing his records to be released? Silence. I went on to say that Kerry's own biographer has advised Kerry to sign Form 180 and release his records. (I got a few ums with this) I asked if he thinks we are all stupid and will believe whatever the AP writes, for example...

Did anybody catch the comments the other night on MSNBC made by JOHN EDWARDS " JOHN KERRY HAS THE SCHRAPNEL IN HIS BODY TO PROVE HE WON THE PURPLE HEART." Edwards made that comment the other night at the Midnight rally in Sprindfield Ohio where the two FLUSHERS tried to steal the headlines from the great speech that W gave at the convention. If he has the SCHRAPNEL to prove is being wounded then why doesn't he want to release his medical records. Seems pretty simple to me. Put up by releasing your records or fade away to obscurity.

Purple Hearts, Kerry’s Exit Strategy by Col. Bob Pappas, USMC, Ret. Official Navy records establish that Kerry served well in Vietnam, albeit a host of witnesses have come forward to challenge the legitimacy of both the record and Kerry’s self-exalted hero status. The fact remains that he has awards, except now there is an admission by Kerry’s campaign (not Kerry), that his first purple heart may have been due to an unintentional self-inflicted wound. In copyright article by Art Moore dated August 17th, 2004, Kerry's war journal contradicts medal claim? The author states, “A previously unnoticed passage in John Kerry's...

Several months ago, John Kerry fell off his bicycle while riding in Boston, and subsequently told reporters that he got an MRI just as a precaution. Now, considering that he also claims to have shrapnel in his leg from Vietnam, doesn't it make an MRI impossible due to the metal's magnetic interference. This is my first vanity post, so forgive me. But I just heard WPHT radio host Rolleye James talking about the impossibility of Kerry getting an MRI with metal in his leg, and I thought I post the info. I never had an MRI so I'm not sure.

www.suntimes.com Open the records and shut the speculation August 24, 2004 While George Washington seems to have managed to become president without having too many people leaping to impugn his character or questioning his role in the American victory in the Revolutionary War, just about every other candidate who would become president since then has found his military record and character the subject of intense public scrutiny. Sen. John Kerry is no different. Though the past fortnight's debate over just what went on in the four months Kerry saw duty in Vietnam is particularly bitter, even in the rough-and-tumble annals...

Kerry's thigh has shrapnel, records show Wound sustained in Vietnam War By and Michael Kranish, Globe Staff | April 24, 2004 WASHINGTON -- Senator John F. Kerry has shrapnel in his left thigh as a result of an injury sustained in the Vietnam War, according to medical records displayed by his presidential campaign yesterday. The records include notations for wounds for all three Purple Hearts, as well as for two bouts of pneumonia and "a minor non-specific urinary tract infection." ADVERTISEMENT The shrapnel still in Kerry's thigh stems from a Feb. 20, 1969, attack for which he was awarded his...

WASHINGTON - Former Sen. Bob Dole joined Vietnam Swift boat vets who question John Kerry's combat heroics, claiming yesterday the Democratic presidential candidate's three Purple Hearts got him out of the war - but without a scratch. Dole, a Kansas Republican who was horribly wounded in Italy during World War II and who lost his own presidential bid in 1996, said his "good friend" and "hero" Kerry embellished his war experiences. "I respect his record, but three Purple Hearts and [Kerry] never bled that I know of," Dole told CNN's "Late Edition." "I mean, they're all superficial wounds." Dole also...

Dole wants to know how Kerry got three purple hearts without "bleeding". Dole is rocking.

(From April 2004) WASHINGTON - John Kerry has a piece of shrapnel in his left thigh from an injury he suffered in the Vietnam War, his doctor said Friday during a review of 36 pages of the Democratic presidential candidate's military medical records. The records shown briefly to reporters provided a few more details about the wounds that resulted in Kerry's three Purple Hearts and show that he suffered from respiratory ailments, a skin rash and a minor urinary tract infection during his four years in the Navy. Kerry was wounded three times while commanding a swiftboat in Vietnam's Mekong...

Please excuse the vanity, but I briefly recall Edwards saying the other day that Kerry still had schrapnel in him along with a statement about bleeding in Vietnam. Is this true?

While reading the Kerry material presented on FR and elsewhere, I've started to notice mentions of Kerry being in a funk for extended periods of time. One reference mentioned Kerry staying with him for about a week after a campaign loss and Kerry not saying a word the whole time. Another story alluded to a converation with Kerry and Miss "T" in which he admitted seeing a therapist for the angst as he put it. I think there's another aspect to Kerry that's not common knowledge. If it's true, it can be pieced together. FR is the place to do...

O'Reilly is having a conniption fit over this and must be convinced to allow the Swifties to proceed. To email him directly, one must be a member of his "fan club" at $5/month (chortle). So, if anyone IS a member of this obviously important and influential policy group, please use that avenue. If not, you can use the Fox News address...hopefully it's not a roundfile eddress. oreilly@foxnews.com Here is my letter as an example. Bill, I think you are way off base on this one. The Swifties aren't attacking Kerry's service record in Viet Nam, they are questioning the veracity...

After viewing some Kerry family photos posted on two separate news websites, I've got a question I want to ask my fellow Freepers. Kerry has consistently refused to release his medical records, both personal and military. Could his records contain information that he may be suffering from some form of growth or bone disease? I know there are growth hormone diseases, among them Marfan Syndrome. Please compare the following photos: This photo was taken in 1962 and is from an online article in the Boston Globe. We know Kerry had surgery on his chin, but I can't pinpoint when that...

he doctor who regularly vouched for Vice President Dick Cheney's good health had a secret debilitation of his own — a grievous addiction to prescription drugs that has recently been thoroughly aired in public. Unfortunately, we now know a lot about the medical history of Dr. Gary Malakoff but very little about that of his patient, the vice president. Skimpy, upbeat generalizations have always been offered about Mr. Cheney, who has a history of heart ailments and complex ongoing treatment. In contrast, President Bush, by all accounts a picture of health, has released full details about his own checkups. In...

George D. Lundberg, MD Click on image to view video. Quicktime required to view videos Saying the name George W. Bush aloud in various countries and American states can lead to very different reactions, ranging from trusting adulation in the American South to hate-filled scorn in many countries. But, regardless of Bush's extremely controversial war and domestic taxation policies, all can support his recently announced goal to get most Americans a personal electronic health record to be accessed and used by patients and health professionals alike. In a speech in April 2004, the President correctly described the current...
