The Biden-Harris Department of Justice has threatened to sue two small towns in Wisconsin over their refusal to use electronic voting machines to cast and tabulate votes, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported. In July, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke threatened to file a lawsuit against the State of Wisconsin, the state Elections Commission and Administrator Meagan Wolfe, and the towns of Thornapple and Lawrence, as well as the towns’ clerks and boards of supervisors, because the towns allegedly did not offer voting equipment at their polling places in the April presidential primary election. Clarke warned the potential plaintiffs in a letter...

Jerome R. CORSI, Ph.D. tells The Gateway Pundit, “We have cracked the Enigma Machine of Democratic Election Fraud.” And officials are taking the findings seriously. Brian Katz, Ohio Public Integrity Division Director, announced on Monday that the Secretary of State’s Office will investigate algorithms placed in the Ohio State Board of Electionss voter registration file. Katz writes, “My understanding is that you have knowledge of certain algorithsm embedded in the state’s voter registration database that could allow for the manipulation of mail-in voting records or other election datea.” Katz told Dr. Corsi, “I ask that you provide this evidence as...

It has been 143 days since the Curling v. Raffensperger case rested and Judge Totenberg estimated “about 30 days” to make her ruling. Is she going to wait until it is too late to do anything with the voting machines? My guess is YES, she will delay her ruling until it is too late to do anything. Judge Totenberg is looking like she has been influenced or corrupted by pressure from the state. I bet she retires before making her ruling.

In June 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had been hiding this report from the public for two years. University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Alex Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system. Far-left Judge Amy Totenberg sealed and covered up the results of the investigation...

Complying with open records requests nationwide will likely prove massive election fraud At CDM we have been cataloguing a rogues gallery of suspected election fraudsters, along with corroborating evidence across several states for months. The issue has centered mainly on the 'blank ballot' issue found throughout the nation in states which are allowing the alleged fraud by allowing machines to designate large percentages of ballots cast 'blank' and then adjudicating them by software. In short, a sophisticated way of 'changing votes'. In Broward County, FL in 2020, upwards of 20% of ballots cast in some precincts were designated 'blank'. When...

ATLANTA (AP) — An effort to access voting system software in several states and provide it to allies of former President Donald Trump as they sought to overturn the results of the 2020 election has raised “serious threats” ahead of next year's presidential contest, according to a group of experts who urged federal agencies to investigate. The letter sent by nearly two dozen computer scientists, election security experts and voter advocacy organizations asks for a federal probe and a risk assessment of voting machines used throughout the country, saying the software breaches have “urgent implications for the 2024 election and beyond.”...

Wondering if the Tech experts and election legal experts here on FR could suggest how to prevent supposedly "not connected to the internet" (which turned out to BE connected and transmitting to sat uplinks to Europe and, back. Per Trump's NYTimes numbers graphics broadcast showing coordination of time, and the millions of bytes of data- also tracked by US cyber sleuths in DOD). Do this through State law, and funding requiring each precinct NOT be able to transmit or in some way be encrypted if transmitting so these actions can be foiled. A top executive from the company behind the voting machines that “flipped votes” in Pennsylvania on Tuesday has admitted that “someone from our team programmed the election.”The voting machine issued caused votes in an eastern Pennsylvania county to appear to be “flipped” on a ballot question, officials said Tuesday.Voters were asked to decide whether Pennsylvania Superior Court Judges Jack Panella and Victor Stabile should be retained for additional 10-year terms. The “yes” or “no” votes for each judge were switched on a summary displayed to voters before they cast their ballot, said Charles Dertinger, the Northampton County director of administration. If a...

Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has been the overseer of some very corrupt elections since 2020. We’ve reported on Georgia’s Raffensperger extensively. We first learned of Raffensperger after the 2020 Election. He certified the election for Joe Biden three days after Election Day. This is after finding out that Raffensperger signed two agreements with Hillary attorney Marc Elias that changed the laws in the state related to absentee ballots.Raffensperger oversaw the corrupt acts in the state reported to him the night of the election via Carter Jones. This information was kept from President Trump and the rest of the...

More than three weeks after losing a reelection bid, President Jair Bolsonaro on Tuesday blamed a software bug and demanded the electoral authority annul votes cast on most of Brazil’s nation’s electronic voting machines, though independent experts say the bug doesn’t affect the reliability of results. Such an action would leave Bolsonaro with 51% of the remaining valid votes — and a reelection victory, Marcelo de Bessa, the lawyer who filed the 33-page request on behalf of the president and his Liberal Party, told reporters.

Michelle Swinik Michele Swinick was an election judge in Maricopa County on election day last week. Following the election Michele stepped forward to discuss what she experienced in Maricopa County on Election Day. Michele worked at a center in a heavily Republican district. According to Michele, the tabulators worked perfectly well the night before the election. Then on Election Day they quit working. Only 1 in 10 ballots were accepted through the tabulators. The officials were told to put the defective ballots into a different section called “Door 3.” Michele believes this was all planned. The election officials knew that...

EXCERPTS: Punched Cards for VotingThe standard punched card, originally invented by Herman Hollerith, was first used for vital statistics tabulation by the Baltimore Board of Health. IBM developed pre-scored punched cards and the Port-A-Punch card punch. In the early 1960's, two professors at the University of California at Berkeley adapted this for voting. Joseph P. Harris, from the political science department, had the idea, and sought help from William Rouverol, of the mechanical engineering department. They made several improvements to the Port-A-Punch, patented them, and formed Harris Votomatic, Inc. to sell the result. Direct Recording Electronic Voting MachinesIn 1898, Frank...

In what is apparently a first for Alaska, the Matanuska-Susitna Borough Assembly passed an ordinance this week that will prohibit the use of voting tabulation machines for borough elections, starting next year. The new Mat-Su ordinance, approved Tuesday night, caps off a months-long effort from a group of residents determined to ban the use of voting machines spurred on by false claims of election fraud. Last month, the Assembly unanimously voted to use a hand-count to verify the results of the Nov. 8 borough election, but voting machines will still be used. Borough officials determined that it would be a...

Investigative journalists Kevin Moncla and David Cross have filed an official complaint with the Georgia State Board of Elections. Their allegations are very serious: they have evidence that Georgia’s elections have not been legal or valid since 2017 because its electronic voting systems were last certified for use in 2017. A company called Pro V&V — which was hired to do voting machine certification — apparently last performed the required testing on Georgia’s Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5A(G) system on August 7, 2019. Even worse, Pro V&V’s own accreditation for that system apparently expired in February, 2017 — though it was...

As the November midterm election draws near, the focus is on voting protocols and tools, especially the voting machines themselves. After the 2020 election, many irregularities in voting were documented across the country, some due to mail-in voting, some due to voting rosters, some due to poll workers, and some due to machines that were somehow hacked or compromised in some way. BREAKING: (updated 7/29/22 8:21pm) Dominion Voting machines in El Paso County, Co. have reportedly produced large numbers of adjudications in their Logic and Accuracy test for the upcoming hand recount of the 2022 Primary election. The recount was ordered (and paid for) by some of the candidates, including Mesa Clerk Tina Peters and El Paso senate candidate Linda Zamora Wilson, who had her election inexplicably overturned AFTER it had been called by local news without any explanation. According to Jim Wiley of ColoradoRecount.com: The L&A consisted of 4,000 ballots. 2,200, around 60%, were reportedly kicked out for adjudication. Two Dominion...

Local news in Maryland is reporting that some precincts weren’t ready this morning because the voting machines weren’t ready. Reportedly because of polling issues, the results of today’s election aren’t expected until tomorrow. Local News ABC7 reported at 7 a.m. — Officials tell 7News that in at least two locations, voting machines were not working as long as an hour after the polls opened. The sites affected were Charles Carrol Middles School in New Carrollton and Hoyer Early Childhood Learning Center in Cheverly.
