The victim was found near the midway area of the fairgrounds around 5:36 p.m. Friday, lying unconscious. Maryland State Police airlifted the victim to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore where he died from his injuries Saturday. Police in New York City are looking for an African American man who they say attacked a man on a city bus just because the victim was white. The attack reportedly occurred on Monday, July 30, at about 10 AM in Brooklyn, Fox 5 New York reported. A man was beaten to death while walking his dog in New Jersey, prosecutors said. Viktor Yashchyshyk, 51, was walking his dog and talking to his girlfriend in Old Bridge about a block from his home when he was knocked unconscious, police said. His skull was fractured, jaw broken and he was missing teeth, Middlesex County prosecutors said.
