A man was beaten to death while walking his dog in New Jersey, prosecutors said.
Viktor Yashchyshyk, 51, was walking his dog and talking to his girlfriend in Old Bridge about a block from his home when he was knocked unconscious, police said. His skull was fractured, jaw broken and he was missing teeth, Middlesex County prosecutors said.
Police say Earl Allayne Jr, a twenty-year-old black male, attacked Yashchyshyn at random and critically injured him.

I’m surprised NBC reported on it at all. They probably had a meeting about it, and agreed on different ways to use “random” and “motiveless” in the same sentence without it looking too phony. We kind of notice though.
All law enforcement personnel are utterly dumbstruck because young black men never commit violent crimes in America. It’s such an outlier.
