SAN DIEGO – A federal judge in San Diego has denied Donald Trump’s request for a five-week delay to a trial to determine whether the now-defunct Trump University defrauded customers. U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel ruled Thursday that the trial will begin Nov. 28, as previously scheduled.

Before getting into the racially-challenged Judge Curiel, here is a brief history of La Raza for those who are, yet, unfamiliar with the organization. I started writing about La Raza (and MEChA) in 2006. The death certificate for the father of the controversial Mexican judge confirms that Curiel’s parents were not U.S. citizens when he was born. Death records from Indiana records confirm that Salvador Curiel died a Mexican citizen in 1964… not as the New York Times’s Alan Rappeport reported in an anti-Donald Trump article. But Rappeport claimed that the elder Curiel had died a U.S. citizen. He didn’t. It is important to remember the nomination of Donald Trump is an existential threat to the Uniparty apparatus within DC. In general terms Trump is opposed by both of the power structures, Democrats and Republicans, who are charged with carrying out the legislative agenda provided by Wall Street and the financial class. More specifically, the GOPe leadership of Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell were always going to be in opposition to Donald Trump. Donald Trump on Friday vociferously defended his claims that a judge overseeing a lawsuit against Trump University is biased because of his Mexican heritage -- pushing back against criticism that his objections are racist. Speaking with CNN's Jake Tapper on "The Lead," Trump repeatedly referenced his plans to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico and renegotiate trade agreements between the two countries. The presumptive GOP nominee said U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel, a federal district judge in the Southern District of California, has made "rulings that people can't even believe."

Candidate Donald Trump previously accused Judge Gonzalo Curiel of having a bias, a specific political and agenda bias, to the benefit of the plaintiffs in the case; and it appears he is correct. Yesterday it was discovered that Judge Curiel, an activist for illegal immigration, works on behalf of San Diego La Raza immigration activists to select illegal aliens for scholarships. It is transparently obvious to those who are following the events that Judge Curiel not only holds a bias against Mr. Trump, but also holds a political agenda specifically intended to protect his ideological ‘Open Border’ advocacy.
