Candidate Donald Trump previously accused Judge Gonzalo Curiel of having a bias, a specific political and agenda bias, to the benefit of the plaintiffs in the case; and it appears he is correct.
Yesterday it was discovered that Judge Curiel, an activist for illegal immigration, works on behalf of San Diego La Raza immigration activists to select illegal aliens for scholarships.
It is transparently obvious to those who are following the events that Judge Curiel not only holds a bias against Mr. Trump, but also holds a political agenda specifically intended to protect his ideological ‘Open Border’ advocacy.

Rattled and shows incompetence. I read in articles that his La Raza involve includes awarding scholarships to illegal aliens, which may be in violation of the law. All that, plus being a member of a racist group should get him removed as a judge, maybe disbarred?
This guy also gave a lot of money to the Clintons and gave money to the Clinton Foundation, read about that today..so again Trump is right, the whole damn system is corrupt from top to bottom..and the media has NO problem bending over kissing some Clinton tail, and repeating their talking points

The ‘mainstream media’ has created its own quandary.
It’s been apparent for a long time that there is a liberal bias among ‘journalists’, such that nobody with a brain takes ‘the news’ seriously anymore.
I watch local news, to see what’s going on with traffic and weather; but it’s been ages since I paid any attention to hard news on the television or in the mainstream newspapers - and since last August, that includes Fox.
Fortunately, we don’t need them anymore :-)

Actually, depending on the state bar association and how they might be forced to handle this...the guy could be looking at a temporary suspension at the least. His ethics and behavior would indicate that he can’t excuse himself from a direct impact case, and therefore....can’t practice legit law.
I actually think that each state bar association ought to send out a formal letter each year and warn their members of the consequences of ‘stupidity’.
I had some relative that had to take on the chief prosecutor of a southern county over a property issue (they were neighbors). She tried to handle this quietly....then tried to have it done via legal means. Finally, she found some newly graduated law school kid, and she just said to take it to the bar association. Three months later, they call up the prosecutor and yank his license to practice law. It basically destroyed this guy’s entire capability to make a living.
Trump should continue to pound until the little he/she (no gender bias) sheds a few tears and asks for a “do over; I want a do over!!” How long will this stone float?
Geraldo was loudly defending this guy on O’Reilly. That proves the judge is a racist RAT.
As soon as I see Gerry or Juan on Fox, the channel gets changed.
Trump has exposed the biased MSM and others and will use this to help folks understand that the outlaws are running the “Justice” system....
