Rattled and shows incompetence. I read in articles that his La Raza involve includes awarding scholarships to illegal aliens, which may be in violation of the law. All that, plus being a member of a racist group should get him removed as a judge, maybe disbarred?

When this was first brought up, Trump said in one his rallies, he could settle it, but he wanted it to go to Court, he knew all along that Clinton was behind this, and he let her have the rope and now she just hung herself and the ‘Judge’ with it...
