If former Gov. Jesse Ventura didn't like what Navy SEAL Chris Kyle wrote about him in his memoir, "American Sniper," he's going to positively hate what five fellow SEALs -- and the mothers of two of their fallen comrades -- have to say about him. Kyle's friends and associates have rallied to his defense in a defamation lawsuit Ventura filed in Hennepin County.... *** Andrew Paul, a reservist Navy SEAL, said he notified Mansoor's family about his death and helped carry his body off the plane. "I grew up watching [the movie] 'Predator' and professional wrestling. I thought it would...

"Scruff Face"? Them's fighting words to Jesse "The Body" Ventura, Minnesota's controversial former governor and TV provocateur. Ventura, whose real name is James Janos, recently filed a defamation lawsuit against Navy SEAL Chris Kyle over the portrayal of a bar fight Kyle claims they had six years ago in Coronado, Calif. Kyle wrote about the alleged incident in his recent memoir "American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History." Under the headline, "Punching Out Scruff Face," Kyle describes a confrontation with a "celebrity" who served in the military during the Vietnam War and who "most...

Click on the link, it is a video, with vulgarity, of a Navy SEAL who was at a wake that Jesse Ventura attended, and Ventura said that in this war, NAVY SEALS DESERVE TO DIE!!

Jesse’s Statement: The event this man spoke of never happened. I have been to Mc P’s many times since leaving the Navy. I was never there alone. I was always accompanied by other people. If this happened 6 years ago, someone would have known of it before now. Certainly in the UDT/SEAL community it would have been known. This has to be news to all of us. I have always opposed the war in Iraq but I have never spoken or wished any ill will towards the soldiers. My heart aches that soldiers have died or been wounded because this...

ST. PAUL, Minnesota (AP) — Former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura is so upset by the dismissal of his airport security lawsuit that he threatened Friday to apply for dual citizenship so he can spend more time in his beloved Mexico — or run for president of what he labeled "the Fascist States of America." Ventura, also a former wrestling star, sued the U.S. government in January, alleging that airport scans and pat-downs amounted to unreasonable search and seizure. A district judge threw out his lawsuit Thursday, ruling it should have been filed in a Circuit Court of Appeals. Ventura has...

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura, who has revealed plans to run as Vice President with Ron Paul in 2012, is making his presence felt with news-making interviews and explosive statements on 9/11 attacks, President Barack Obama and President-hopeful Michele Bachmann. The former governor-turned-conspiracy theorist, who is currently promoting his book '63 Documents the Government Doesn't Want You to Read', said that he would run for Vice President if Ron Paul ran as an Independent. On ABC's Good Morning America with George Stephanopoulos, Ventura made light the idea of Michele Bachmann, often identified as the "un-Palin", running for President. "You've got...

Former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura, in an upcoming appearance on “Piers Morgan Tonight,” says former Alaska governor Sarah Palin will win the 2012 Republican presidential nomination. “She’s the type of person that certainly will be controlled by the status quo and the power structure. So she’d make a perfect candidate for them, she’ll do what she’s told,” Mr. Ventura says. The former Minnesota governor noted Ms. Palin’s reality show and her current contributions on Fox News, saying the Republican Party is “grooming” her. The former Alaska governor has yet to announce a presidential campaign. Ms. Palin has noted in the...

Jesse Ventura, announced he will no longer use commercial airlines due to the egregious abuses of the TSA and the government. Ventura said he made the decision to avoid public aircraft after he found himself becoming too comfortable with being routinely searched. He said he was subjected to pat down and search three or four times a week when he traveled for his television show. Ventura had hip surgery and the metal in his body invariably sets off airport metal detectors. Jesse said he will no longer be forced by the TSA to prove he is not a criminal or...

Jesse Ventura has found two new reasons not to trust the government, and he's telling anybody in the halls of Congress who will listen. The first bit of intrigue involves what he sees as the military's move to undermine his reality truTV series, "Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura," by not letting him film a stand-up in front of the Eternal Flame at the gravesite of John F. Kennedy. The former Minnesota governor also claims the U.S. is fighting in Afghanistan to secretly secure a massive lithium deposit to make the world safe for cell phone, computer and electric car batteries....

NJNR: What are your thoughts on the Minnesota Independence party backing Mayor Bloomberg for president in 2012? JV: He's a bright man. He's done an outstanding job here in N.Y. to the best of my knowledge. I mean New Yorkers would know better than me. Whenever I come here it seems he's done a great job with the city. If he runs as a true independent he gets my full support because I don't vote for Democrats or Republicans. I refuse to vote for them and I encourage everyone else in this country to do the same. The problem with...

I believe that this is my first true vanity. I saw the most repulsive thing on FNC tonight. I wanted to turn the channel but I couldn't. I felt like I was watching a live broadcast from Hell. It was pure evil. Geraldo Rivera with Jesse Ventura, Mike Huckabee, Rod Blagojevich. Then for a guest they had Michael Lohan to talk about his daughter Lindsay. It appears that Ventura and Huckabee have joined Geraldo in totally supporting Obama. Blago seems to be avoiding politics as might be wise for someone nearing trial.

Has Joy Behar run out of things to talk about? Is the HLN host and "The View" co-host allowing producers to select her topics? On HLN's March 10 "The Joy Behar Show," Behar suggested it might be time for conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh to go after making certain remarks involving embattled New York Gov. David Paterson and former Rep. Eric Massa, D-N.Y. "This whole Massa controversy gave him an excuse to make a racial slur against New York Governor David Paterson," Behar said. "Not that Rush needs an excuse to make a racial slur." ...more (w/video)...
