A citizen of Bangladesh who was living in Maryland has been charged with attempting to provide material support and resources to the Islamic State group.

He had a history of violence and sexual abuse of women -- almost as if he grew up in a culture that revered violence and thought of non-Muslim women as "uncovered meat."
