He had a history of violence and sexual abuse of women -- almost as if he grew up in a culture that revered violence and thought of non-Muslim women as "uncovered meat." He posted admiration for al-Baghdadi and Khamenei and a call for Muslims to repeat "SubhanAllah" multiple times.
Maybe he wasn't a jihadi and there is some mitigating explanation for all of this. When authorities refuse to discuss it and appear to dismiss it out of hand, however, it only reinforces the impression that there is some deliberate effort to cover up jihad attacks -- an impression that authorities reinforce all too often.
What makes you think they want to solve it?

I’ve become pretty familiar with much of the Islamic jargon, but this is new to me.
ISIS is here, they are real, and they are on the move.
Forced removal of EVERY Muslim now residing in the US, should be a policy of some future Administration, if it is considered to become serious about the possibility of insurrection within the US. Their citizenship status be damned, if they refuse to renounce Islam, and to embrace Islam is to embrace Shari’ah law. Shari’ah law is almost diametrically opposed to the intent and objectives of US Constitutional law, and the differences cannot be resolved.
They may be permitted to remain if they convert to ANY other religion than Islam. Buddhist, Hindu, Wicca, Animism, Sangria, Jewish, even Christianity in any of its many guises. But Islam is anathema, in all forms and all versions.
The corrupt administration has ordered the police to not find that it was a muzzlim inspired by his evil ideology.
Not blind.
Willing law enforcement (mostly federal) complicity.
This is the government. They are 100% consistent.

Before I suffered a TBA I owned a VEPR II rifle in 7.62 x 39 mm. It looked a lot like an AK. The rifle the subhuman is holding looks like a .308 cal. VEPR, especially because it does not have a pistol grip protruding from the stock. I’ve seen them listed in VEPR catalogs.
