I give some parting thoughts on my experience at and impressions of the Heart for Muslims Conference. I also explain why I believe James White's approach to evangelizing Islam is wrong. Both from a utilitarian perspective-and detrimental to the goal of winning souls-and why it is dangerous for the Church itself.
-
I recap some of the panels at the Heart for Muslims conference, discuss the cost of discipleship, and describe some of the practical tips for evangelizing people from a Muslim background.
-
Part II of my analysis of the Heart for Muslims conference. I round out Nik Ripkin's discussion of what lessons we can learn from the underground church-particularly how to live the Resurrection. I also tackle some dos and don'ts in witnessing to Muslims.
-
I didn't get to address this in the video, but something that struck me about this conference was the eagerness for the Western attendees to do something to bolster fellow believers within the underground church. Something the pastor mentioned at the close of the day was suggesting ways this ministry could be more effective-and more collaborative. I actually think paying attention to the needs of the global church-particularly the part under spiritual and physical assault-would benefit the entire Body of Christ.

The indefatigable apologist for Islam Pope Francis on Monday issued yet another mea culpa to Muslims, saying: “A scene from The Song of Roland comes to me as a symbol, when the Christians defeat the Muslims and line them up in front of the baptismal font, with one holding a sword. And the Muslims had to choose between baptism or the sword. That is what we Christians did.” Was it really? The Song of Roland is actually a work of fiction, a French epic poem loosely based on the Battle of Roncevaux Pass between Muslim invaders and Christian defenders in...

Centuries of Christian anti-Semitism led to the Holocaust, a landmark Church of England report has concluded. In a foreword to the report, published today, the Archbishop of Canterbury said that Christians cannot challenge and reflect on the past honestly, “until we have felt the cruelty of our history”. The document, which has been three years in the making, was prepared by the Church’s Faith and Order Commission and entitled: God’s Unfailing World: Theological and practical perspectives on Christian-Jewish relations. It urges Christians to not only be repentant for the “sins of the past” against Jews, but also to challenge active attitudes...

Orthodox Christianity and Islam are based on the same fundamental values, President Vladimir Putin said in an address to a religious conference in Kyrgyzstan. The conference, titled "Orthodoxy and Islam — Religions of Peace," aimed to promote interethnic and interreligious dialogue between Russia and Kyrgyzstan. "Islam and Orthodox Christianity, just like other world religions, are based on fundamental humanistic values that are of enduring importance — on mercy and love for one’s near, justice and respect for human beings," the state-run TASS news agency quoted Putin as saying Thursday. The address, which was read out to the conference by Russian...

I explore the inescapable idolatry contained with in the Koran, and Muhammad's distortion of Genesis 18.
-
I explore the 50th surah from the Koran, and how Allah can't be the one true God because he derives all his power from humans. I also explain how the Islamic understanding of oaths conflicts with scripture.
-
I compare Muhammed's view of prayer and oaths with that of scripture, and point out how the self-contradictions of the Koran make it impossible to follow consistently.
-
I explore Surah 48 (The Victory) of the Koran, describe the difference between Mohammad and Paul-a true Apostle of God- and explain why Islam retains its demonic hold on so many people around the world.
-
Here is undeniable proof that the creators of Islam were mere humans who didn't understand what they were creating. This is a challenge to apologists to explain why Islam got the name of its god wrong.
-
I give my reasoning as to why subjective morality is a flawed, and explain why Muhammad fits the pattern of false teachers and anti-Christs we have seen in the past, and will continue to see through the Tribulation.
-
I explore the flawed historical narrative of the Koran, and explain why Islam has so many polytheistic characteristics, despite Muslims claiming to worship one god.
-
I analyze Surah 46: The Sandhills, and explain how the "god" of the Koran is not the God of Israel, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and the Church.
-
I analyze Surah 45 of The Qu'ran, and explain why Muhammad and Allah are not the truth, but Jesus is.

The historic mosque in the city of Ayodhya was demolished in 1992 by Hindu hardliners who say the 16th century mosque is built on the site of Ram's birthplace. The Babri Mosque in India's Ayodhya was demolished by extremist Hindus in 1992. (AP) India's top court cleared the way on Saturday for a Hindu temple to be constructed at a hotly disputed holy site in a huge victory for Hindu nationalists under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Supreme Court ruled that the site in Ayodhya in northern India, where Hindu mobs destroyed a 460-year-old mosque in 1992, must be handed over...

Sebastian Walsh told friends on his uni course it was “violent and barbaric" and that "the UK is being Islamified" in a seminar. However, after multiple complaints were made against him, the University of Central Lancashire suspended the first year Children, Schools, and Families student in February. Now, he is set to take the university to court after...

I present some of the evidence pointing to the truth of scripture, and compare it to the evidence Muhammad presents in defense of Allah and the Koran.
-
I analyze Surah 44, The Evident Smoke, and explain why Muhammad fails the criteria set forth for true prophets in the Bible. I also explore Muhammad's faulty reliance on Old and New Testament narrative in order to bolster his own dubious claims to prophethood.
