One person is dead and another is seriously wounded following a shootout at an apartment complex in Wichita Falls Sunday night. Police were called to the Country Park Apartments in the 5200 block of Professional Drive about 9:30 p.m. to investigate a report of gunshots. They found three people shot. All three were taken to United Regional Health Care where one person was pronounced dead. Police identified him as Quincy Moore, 32. NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police have confirmed the death of the suspect in an active shooter situation in Antioch at a movie theater. They released his identity Wednesday night. Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Vincente David Montano, of Nashville. Authorities said Montano was arrested in Murfreesboro in 2004 for assault and resisting arrest. HAYWARD -- A man was killed late Sunday afternoon during an apparent home invasion robbery. Dispatchers with the Hayward Police Department received a call at 5:28 p.m. regarding a man who had been shot during a possible home invasion robbery in the 21000 block of Western Boulevard, according to a news release. When police arrived, a victim told them one male suspect, who was shot, was inside the home, and that other suspects had fled the residence. When officers entered the house, they found a deceased man who had appeared to have been shot, according to the release.

EL CAJON (CNS) - An investigation was under way Tuesday in El Cajon, where a 75-year-old man shot and wounded a teenage boy who had broken into the man's home, police said. The shooting in the 700 block of Terra Lane was reported around 11 a.m. Monday, according to El Cajon police.
