A majority of Democratic voters believe illegal immigrants should be allowed to vote, according to a striking new Rasmussen Reports survey. The national telephone survey released Friday reveals that more than one third of “Likely U.S. Voters” — 35 percent — say illegal immigrants should be allowed to vote if they can prove they reside in the U.S. and pay taxes.
