HOUSTON -- A fire has broken out at an Islamic community and education center in Houston. The Houston Fire Department responded around 5:30am this morning to a structure fire at the Quba (KOH'-buh) Islamic Institute. Flames could be seen burning a structure.

A Houston musician has been murdered by an illegal alien who had been allowed to stay in the United States, even though the alien had been convicted in Texas previously for selling narcotics. The suspect was killed by police following a second murder that he committed immediately after killing the musician. The illegal alien’s name was Victor Manuel Reyes. A lawsuit has been filed against one of Houston's most known charities that help tens of thousands of families every year.
