Hillary Clinton found the notion of Carly Fiorina being strangled a laughing matter. But on today's Morning Joe, Mark Halperin acknowledged that Fiorina is "exactly right" when she suggested that if a conservative candidate had laughed in similar circumstances, the liberal media would be all over it. "I don't think there's any ambiguity about that," added Halperin. No doubt. Can you imagine the media/Dem outcry if a Republican presidential candidate had laughed at a similar suggestion about Hillary? We live in a weary age of fable. The latest Hollywood mythology is entitled "Truth." But the film is actually a fictionalized story about how CBS News super-anchor Dan Rather and his "60 Minutes" producer supposedly were railroaded by corporate and right-wing interests into resigning. In reality, an internal investigation by CBS found that Rather and his "60 Minutes" team -- just weeks before the 2004 election -- had failed to properly vet documents of dubious authenticity asserting that a young George W. Bush had shirked his duty as a Texas Air National Guard pilot. The fabulist movie comes on...

Whatever happened to welcoming the 'huddled masses,' Hillary? Hillary Clinton is a pro-amnesty candidate who has promised to do everything possible to help bring illegals “out of the shadows†and let them stay in the country. Her surrogates have had a field day deriding anyone who disagrees as a hate-fueled racist who spends his days living in terror of “brown people.†This is particularly true of Donald Trump, who’s been labeled a disgusting monster for suggesting that maybe the millions of illegals pouring across our southern border aren’t the wonderful, God-fearing, people the left would have you believe they are....

Hillary Clinton failed to provide proper security to the US Consular facility in Benghazi, Libya before the attack on Sept. 11, 2012 and she failed to secure any rescue operations for the four Americans who eventually died there. Recently released watch logs from the State Department operations center show she made no official inquiries from 10:30 p.m. that night through 7:15 a.m. the following morning. That is a long time to be missing when a U.S. diplomatic facility is under attack. Why was no rescue effort mounted? That is the question that has been driving good people crazy since this...

Sorry folks, love him or hate him only Donald Trump has the chutzpah, audacity, street smarts, killer instincts and vicious lawyers to fight Hillary Clinton and win. Do you understand what we’re up against? Have you seen what the Clinton war machine is capable of? Have you seen what the Obama-Clinton regime is willing to do to win? Do you understand Barack Obama met with the IRS chief more than any cabinet officer (157 times)? During this time the IRS just happened to target, persecute and intimidate only conservative groups and high-profile Obama critics (like me). Then Obama appointed a...

Hillary Clinton's top Democratic "rival" may believe that people are sick of hearing about her "damn emails," but that pronouncement -- since walked back, as its issuer fades in the polls -- evidently does not apply to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Politico reports that the bureau's probe into Clinton's improper, unsecure email scheme has been ramping up, not petering out: Even as Hillary Clinton tries to put questions about her private email server behind her, the FBI has stepped up inquiries into the security of the former Secretary of State's home-made email system, and how aides communicated over email,...

Monday on MSNBC’s “Hardball,†while discussing a new pro-Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) super PAC ad featuring an anti-gun control message that references Presidents Barack Obama’s gun control push after the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) called on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to disavow the ad.

Many of the patients had developed a dark sense of humour - for example, laughing at tragic events in the news or in their personal lives. The dementia patients also tended to prefer slapstick to satirical humour, when compared with 21 healthy people of a similar age. Dr Clark said: "These were marked changes - completely inappropriate humour well beyond the realms of even distasteful humour. For example, one man laughed when his wife badly scalded herself."

Hillary Clinton failed to admonish an audience member on Tuesday who said he wanted to 'strangle' Republican primary candidate Carly Fiorina. The audience member said he was a systems engineer who was laid off from Hewlett-Packard while Fiorina was CEO of the company. He critiqued decisions made by Fiorina to fire workers and said he becomes infuriated whenever he sees her trumpeting her business record on television.

Despite Donald Trump’s meteoric rise to the top of the Republican presidential polls, the GOP establishment continues to bash its leading candidate. Apparently “party-cide†is contagious: The Democratic establishment continues to ride the sinking Clinton campaign like the string quartet on the deck of the Titanic — the majority of Americans know she’s a liar and don’t trust her. It’s a fight to the death all right, only each party’s pointing a gun at its own head. GOP establishment favorite Jeb Bush is hemorrhaging voters too. CBS News/YouGov shows Bush coming in a pathetic eighth place in New Hampshire and...

This is actually one of the least substantive points made by defenders of Hillary Clinton in the e-mail scandal, but Glenn Kessler's fact check makes a couple of important points. The media has often repeated the claim by Hillary and her team that the State Department has estimated that it could have found 90-95% of her e-mails by checking the server for those cc'd on the messages. Not only is that Hillary's estimation and not State's, it's demonstrably false in any case: First of all, the State Department is correct. The "90 to 95 percent" figure comes from the Clinton...

A new lot of emails released by the State Department on Halloween were so newsworthy that not even the holiday could drown it out. It turns out, three days after the Benghazi attack, on Sept. 14, 2012, the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli specifically warned the State Department in an email not to promote the idea that an anti-Muslim YouTube video was the cause of the attack

As a follow-up to my earlier post on the age problem facing the Democratic Party, a new poll from a Democratic pollster shows that the risk for the Left is actually much larger than The Hill assumes. The poll from Greenberg Quinlan Rosner shows a significant opportunity for Democrats to narrowly take control of the Senate in 2016, but that millennials are barely engaged in the election. Nor are other Democratic constituencies generating anywhere near the heat of Republicans, gearing up for some of their own hope and change after eight years of Obama. Here’s the key graph from the...

A nondisclosure agreement signed by Hillary Clinton upon taking office as the nation’s chief diplomat undermines a key defense mounted by her and her allies against allegations that she mishandled classified information. Clinton has repeatedly defended her use of a private email address instead of an official State Department account by saying that the hundreds of emails containing classified information that were routed through her “homebrew†email server were not marked as classified when they were sent or received. However, a nondisclosure agreement signed by Clinton upon taking office stipulates that its prohibitions on the mishandling of such material applies...

Alexander Hamilton s ousting from the ten-dollar bill is a most telling sign of our times. He is a figure of the old times, the man who spearheaded the effort to get the United States out of debt and the new government running within its constitutional bounds. Although he disagreed with much of the Constitution, he believed firmly in the limited powers of a federal government. He wrote most of the Federalist Papers, all the while believing that its giving the common citizen the powers that it did would eventually lead them to destroy the government with mutations that would...

Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are railing against the Trans-Pacific Partnership in the Democratic primary. On the right, GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump is ripping the trade deal as a “disaster†negotiated by “incompetent people.†President Barack Obama’s herculean task of shepherding the landmark Trans-Pacific Partnership through Capitol Hill is about to run into one major hurdle: 2016 presidential politics.

On today's Morning Joe, an incensed Joe Scarborough told Hugh Hewitt he was "full of it," and that "you owe me an apology." Scarborough was steamed that Hewitt seemed to suggest that Joe was part of the "Manhattan-DC Beltway elite" that refused to cover Hillary's scandals. Scarborough said "I put my neck on the line every day here," covering Hillary and criticizing media bias. View the video here.

Where there is a Clinton, there is always a whiff of a scandal, and if former President Bill Clinton is involved, it is a sex scandal. In a recent deposition testimony former Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz said he cannot rule out that the former president was not involved in the underage sex orgies sponsored by convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein at his private island home. This is according to a news report published on Oct. 29, 2015 by Rader Online, while Dershowitz gave his deposition on Oct. 16. Dershowitz finally gave his deposition in a defamation lawsuit brought about...
