The NRA -- and their gun-loving Republican cohorts -- are refusing once more to stop terrorists intent on getting armed in the U.S.A. A legal loophole allows suspected terrorists on the government's no-fly list to legally buy guns, but a bill to fix that will likely wither on the vine. The federal Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act, even in the wake of last week’s terrorist killing of 129 people in Paris, remains a long shot due to its rabid pro-gun opponents. "Anything which they feel restricts the use or the ability to retain a gun they’re opposed...

Results of research showing the 2015 index for relations between Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel, published partially for the first time on Tuesday, show just how far the Arab population supports and identifies with openly pro-terror organizations. The research, conducted by Professor Sami Samucha, reveals that no less than 57% of Arab citizens of Israel say they feel the radical Islamic Movement in Israel faithfully represents them. Significantly, the movement was outlawed on Tuesday for its long history of inciting terrorism, organizing and funding violent riots on the Temple Mount, and its close connections with Hamas. ...

The seven-year-old Belgian shepherd dog, or Malinois, was "killed by terrorists" when French special forces raided an apartment building in Saint-Denis early on Wednesday morning. Police National tweeted:"Diesel, a seven-year-old Malinois, police dog for RAID [France's anti-terrorist police unit], was killed by terrorists in the ongoing operation." The police spokesman said that dogs such as Diesel who are trained to assist on operations where there is a risk of explosives were "indispensable" to the elite unit. The brave dog was reportedly the first to be sent into an apartment, which was used by at least six jihadis in the run...

EIGHT people have been arrested at Istanbul's main airport hub amid fears they are Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists posing as refugees on their way to Germany. Megyn interviews ex-al Qaeda double agent Morten Storm. Starting at 2:32 on the 11-17-2015 video, he reads from Hadith and the Koran, citing passages that prove beyond a doubt that ISIS' methods are completely in line with Islam. Megyn's reaction at 3:44 was one of stunned horror, as she listened to him and apparently realized for the first time that Islam -- far from being the religion of peace -- is the religion of murder, terror and totalitarianism.

It's time to play America's fastest growing game show sensation, "Moron or Traitor." It's a tough challenge because this administration has plenty of both. So does a radicalized Democratic Party leaping into insanity. A Democratic candidate was recently forced to drop out for tweeting that ISIS isn't evil. But don't look for Kerry to quit over his suggestion that the ISIS massacre of Charlie Hebdo artists and writers (not to mention, as his boss put it, some random (Jewish) folks in a deli) There’s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that. There...

Following on the heels of the Swedish foreign minister, the chairman of the Dutch Socialist Party in the Netherlands justified the Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists who conducted Saturday's brutal attacks in Paris that left 129 dead, blaming it on "frustration" at Israel. According to Jan Marijnissen, the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Arabs somehow ignited the attack on French civilians at cafes, show venues, soccer stadiums and restaurants. "Their behavior eventually is connected also to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict," claimed Marijnissen in an interview with the Dutch NPO Radio1 on Monday. ...

The French have already announced that they are going to go ahead with the Climate Change conference scheduled for later this month. Of course, the correct thing to do would be to cancel the conference, not because security cannot be provided, but because if you are waging a "pitiless" war, that is what one must focus on, not as Steyn so aptly puts it, "talking about sea levels in the Maldives in the 22nd century? By which time France and Germany and Belgium and Austria and the Netherlands will have been long washed away."

Secretary of State John Kerry appeared to justify the terror attacks on the headquarters of magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris earlier this year during remarks in the capital of France Tuesday. The Weekly Standard reported that Kerry distinguished the terror attacks on Charlie Hebdo from the shootings and suicide bombings in Paris Friday for which the Islamic State has claimed responsibility.“There’s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that. There was a sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy in terms of–not a legitimacy, but a rationale that you could attach yourself to somehow and say,...

Potentially lethal bombings at two sites in Hanover, Germany were defused on Tuesday night, just days after Muslim terrorists carried out lethal coordinated attacks in Paris. The similar nature of targets selected in the attempted bombings Tuesday make it likely to have been an attempt by Islamists to repeat the carnage in Paris on Friday, in which 129 people were murdered. Shortly after the German national soccer stadium in Hanover was evacuated on Tuesday night, reports revealed the cause: an ambulance loaded with explosives was discovered parked outside. The discovery at the HDI Arena came just before an international friendly...

A German newspaper is reporting that a soccer match in Hannover was canceled because an ambulance full of explosives was found out front following a bomb threat. There was no immediate confirmation of that report, though the Hannover chief of police was quoted by multiple sources as saying "there was a device intended to be detonated inside the stadium."

EU member states agreed Tuesday (17 November) to grant military assistance to France following Friday's terror attacks in Paris. For the first time in EU history, defence ministers unanimously decided to activate the "mutual defence clause" of the EU treaty. "France is requesting help and assistance from Europe. And today all Europe, united, answers yes," EU diplomacy chief Federica Mogherini said at a press conference. "The European Union expressed its strongest, full support and readiness to provide all the aid and assistance asked for and needed." French president Francois Hollande had invoked article 42.7 of the EU treaty in an...

In her pursuit of the Democratic nomination for president, Hillary Rodham Clinton has emphasized her ties to President Obama. She regularly tells the story of how he wooed her into serving as his secretary of state and recites, typically to a roar of applause, the line: "President Obama doesn't get the credit he deserves.... Appearing acutely aware of how liberal primary voters, particularly in Iowa, view her hawkish reputation, Mrs. Clinton said on Saturday that "this cannot be an American fight" and that the United States should not bear "the bulk of the responsibility.".... At a campaign event in Ames,...
