Ultimately, this is about the government designating an Official Position on a social issue and using force to impose it as a minority on the rest of the population. When the Civil Rights laws were enacted during the '60s, it was determined that places of "public accommodation" could not discriminate based upon race, sex or age. These are groups into which people are born. Hence, to be permitted access to offer goods and services to the public, they are obligated to offer them to all of the public, regardless of which group one is born into. And there is no...

Some Simon Frasier University students believe that if you can go to a bathroom that matches your gender, you have "potty privileges." In posters taped around campus, these students are claiming that people need to "check" such privileges. You have so-called potty privileges if you can say yes to any of these questions: Can you: - Find a safe washroom within reach? - That matches your gender identity? - Where you won't face harassment, violence, or discrimination? You can see one of the handouts below: On top of posting these around campus, SFU students have started a petition to force...

Students at Simon Fraser University are planning a “s***-in” to protest the fact that Men’s bathrooms on campus allow only men to use them. Transgender students and their “allies” will go into bathrooms and refuse to leave until the campus officials allow people of any gender use it. During the protest, they will post a sign that reads, “This toilet has been liberated from the gender binary” on the bathroom door. The protest is to take place on February 18th at 1 pm. “I think that, when we divide places to go to the bathroom by men and women, we’re...

Bruce Jenner will not get in trouble with the law as a result of his deadly car crash ... at least that's the way it appears based on a new photo. The picture was taken by an independent photo agency just before Bruce slammed into a Lexus Saturday on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, sending that driver into oncoming traffic where she was killed after colliding with a Hummer. It was unclear what, if anything, Bruce was holding in his left hand seconds before the crash. But the new photo shows Bruce clutching a cigarette, not a cell phone.
  • GOP strategist Greg McNeilly sees West Michigan's attitude on gay marriage shifting

GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- Greg McNeilly occupies the chasm dividing gay rights activists and conservative Republicans. The GOP strategist unabashedly claims membership in the two groups that have been on opposite sides of the battle over legalizing gay marriage. McNeilly's marriage to Lansing attorney Doug Meeks is one of 300 that will now be recognized by the state following a federal court injunction, and Gov. Rick Snyder's decision not to appeal the decision. Savoring the legal victory is difficult for McNeilly when thousands of same sex couples can not be married or have their marriages recognized in this state. The...
  • Virginia-MassResistance becomes first state chapter of MassResistance!

Exciting news: Virginia-MassResistance has become the first MassResistance state chapter. It was formed this past year and is off and running! It has an incredible website (www.VirginiaMassResistance.org) and is fearlessly tackling the hard-hitting issues across the state of Virginia. It’s very exciting! They are doing first-rate work. Over the past few years people in several states – and a few foreign countries – have contacted us about forming chapters and taking on the MassResistance brand of activism in their areas. This is hopefully the first of many. Virginia MassResistance was founded and organized by Linda Wall. Linda is an ex-Lesbian...

California judges will no longer be allowed to participate in nonprofit youth groups, such as the Boy Scouts of America, that discriminate against LGBT people. At the same time the justices lifted a ban on judges belonging to a military organization now that gays and lesbians can serve openly in the U.S. Armed Services. The change comes as transgender individuals are still barred from becoming service members, though the policy is reportedly under review. In the case of the scouting group, although it now allows out youth to belong, it continues to ban LGBT adults from serving as troop leaders.

Even though San Francisco has been known to be home of the radical gay agenda, and where selective abortion based upon sex has been pushed by government officials, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi seems to think the city is on par with Biblical scripture. During a Thanksgiving day speech at the San Francisco Interfaith Council, Nancy Pelosi stated that San Francisco is the “model” for living the gospel (20:30-20:42): “And I think that we have to challenge all of us in public policy, certainly not in San Francisco which is the model of living the gospel, but in public policy to say,...

“It seems to me that in the gay community the people who should be running interference for NAM/BLA are the parents and friends of gays. Because if the parents and friends of gays are truly friends of gays, they would know from their gay kids that the relationship with an older man is precisely what 13-, 14-, and 15-year-old kids need more than anything else in the world.” – Harry Hay, founder of the modern “gay rights” movement None of it matters: Neither common sense, nor an abundance of victim testimony, peer-reviewed studies, nor their own loathsome admissions and actions....

“Homosexuality is Unnatural”: The Last Great Message of Myles Munroe on the Gay Agenda By Julio Severo Two months before being killed in a plane crash November 9, motivational preacher Myles Munroe wrote a press release against a gay parade in his home country, The Bahamas — a so powerful message that the English secular media have mentioned it in their reporting about his death. In an article entitled “Myles Munroe: Preacher who outraged many with his views on women and gays,” the British paper The Independent said, In September Munroe again stirred controversy at home, following a gay...

Catholics around the world need to know that the Vatican communications machine is still doing its best to manipulate the results of the Synod on the Family. As can be seen from the link here and below to the relevant page on the Vatican website, all the preliminary and more liberal documents of the Synod are up there in multiple languages, while the only one that matters de jure - the final and official relatio which did not even propose - much less approve - Communion for divorced-and remarrieds or "welcome" for homosexuals and their "gifts", is posted only in...

I am still bound for hell. Nothing the bishops discussed in Rome over the past few weeks will save me and my kind from damnation. They considered some soft rhetoric but never questioned that sex between men must remain a grave sin. Commentators around the world, straight and gay, have shied away from this. So delighted were they by talk of the church “welcoming” gay people and recognising their “gifts and qualities” that they spoke of a sea change in Rome. Those optimistic voices are falling silent now as they realise how wrong they were. The issue is sin and...

The recent arguably unconstitutional moves by the Houston city council to subpoena the sermons of five area ministers, as well as internal correspondence dealing with social issues, should have the American Civil Liberties Union and everyone else who believes in free speech and religious freedom up in arms. We as Americans must guard every aspect of our Constitution and recognize when it is being threatened. One of the great dangers in America today is extreme intolerance in the name of tolerance. For example, in this Houston case, it is presupposed that the pastors in question may have said something that...

Puerto Rico’s ban on same-sex marriage remains in place after a federal judge dismissed a challenge to the ban Tuesday, saying the U.S. Supreme Court established a precedent four decades ago. U.S. District Judge Juan M. Pérez-Giménez said in his decision that by dismissing an appeal in Baker vs. Nelson, a 1971 case in which two men sought to marry in Minnesota, the Supreme Court bound all lower courts to assume bans on same-sex marriage do not violate the Constitution. The high court could choose to overrule itself but has not, he said. Document Puerto Rico same-sex marriage decision Puerto...

Twitter allegedly blocked a new online campaign designed to support the Houston pastors who were subpoenaed by the city's lawyers demanding that they turn over their sermons dealing with homosexuality, gender identity or the city's first openly lesbian mayor, Annise Parker. The #HoustonWeHaveAProblem campaign and petition were created by Faith Driven Consumer, the same organization that supported and helped to reinstate Phil Robertson to "Duck Dynasty" after he was thrown off the show for his comments about homosexuality surfaced from a GQ interview.

Do Democrats know the difference between fascism and liberalism? Apparently the Mayor of Houston, Ms. Annise Parker, is incapable of separating her own sexuality – her fragile sensibilities and biased opinions – from the rights of others who disagree with homosexuality and/or gay marriage. What’s even more offensive, or better yet bewildering, is that she actually demanded local pastors turn over their sermons and personal correspondence for examination. Excuse me?!!! For examination by the gay Gestapo in this Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America?!!! Is Ms. Parker a Pontiff, a Governor of Rome, Nero? Yes, Houston’s Mayor...

If you dare oppose the gay agenda, you will be destroyed. Progression of the gay agenda will only become more intrusive, more tyrannical, and more Orwellian To Christians, homosexuality is an unacceptable behavior to God, as well as to Christ’s Flock. Since the dawn of the Christian Church a couple thousand years ago (and prior during the Old Testament era), homosexuality has been taught to be an affront against God. Scripture reveals that homosexuality was a part of the reason for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, and a sign of the perverse evil Earth’s inhabitants had turned to during...

Marijuana legalization advocates in Oregon have launched a $2 million-plus ad campaign starring a 33-year police veteran. The new ad, embedded below, features Pete Tutmark, a former patrol sergeant and sheriff’s deputy. Tutmark criticizes what he calls a “broken” system that diverts resources from important crime-solving to drug arrests and urges his fellow Oregonians to vote yes on measure 91 this fall, which would legalize and regulate recreational marijuana use. “Last year in Oregon, there were 13,000 citations and arrests for marijuana,” he says in the ad. “That takes time, time better spent solving murders, rape cases, finding missing children....
