The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey filed suit Monday on behalf of a reporter for Gawker Entertainment LLC. The (formerly) anonymous bean-spiller, who sold a sleazy story to Gawker about hooking up with Delaware Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell on a Halloween night three years ago, has been identified.
