The VoterGA Fulton County counterfeit ballot case “is back,” according to Garland Favorito. Favorito told UncoverDC in November that an order from the Georgia Supreme court in the Sons of Confederate Veterans et al. v. Henry Cty. Bd of Commissioners would no doubt help his case. The Supreme Court confirmed what Garland already knew—that “citizens in the state have standing to sue government officials who violate the law.” During what he dubbed the “Georgia Supreme Court Victory” press conference on Thursday, Favorito said this “was something he had been saying all along for a year even after our case was...

Brad Raffensperger, Georgia's incumbent secretary of state, held off a challenge from Democratic state Rep. Bee Nguyen on Tuesday night, marking a major rebuke of former President Donald Trump's influence in the state. Raffensperger and Gov. Brian Kemp, who also won reelection Tuesday night, became the face of Republican opposition to Trump's election fraud claims in 2020. Both officials publicly rebuked Trump's allegations, and Raffensperger gained even more "resistance" notoriety after a recorded Jan. 2, 2021, call with Trump was made public. Raffensperger could be heard on the call vocally defending Georgia's election integrity and refusing to influence the state...

With only a month left to go for election document retention in accordance with Federal law, and with the 2022 Election season in full swing, it seems an appropriate time to reflect on some of the anomalies in the 2020 election. After all, we never did get an answer for most of these. Perhaps this information may be relevant to the grand jury that is investigating President Trump for his phone call with Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. After all, President Trump laid out a plethora of vote discrepancies totaling in the hundreds of thousands of votes when all he...

The Georgia Record was contacted earlier this month by Kevin Moncla, an independent analyst in Dallas, TX who has been submitting open records requests to Fulton County, GA regarding the 2020 election. Moncla recently filed a complaint with the Georgia State Election Board highlighting inconsistencies found in vote totals on the night of November 8th, 2020 and the following recount in December. You can read the entire complaint on the PDF below. Essentially, the vote totals from the general to the recount didn’t match. The recount tally was off by approximately 17,000 votes. Subpoenas went out Wednesday to local election officials and a former Republican Party chair in a rural Georgia county, with attorneys seeking to find out how a covert team of 2020 election conspiracy theorists were able to improperly access and copy a voting system server last year. The eight subpoenas, issued by attorneys representing voting rights activists in an ongoing lawsuit, were greenlit by U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg. She expressed “great concern” last week about the unauthorized access of a voting system server following an investigation by The Daily Beast that revealed details about who was involved in this...

The Okefenokee Swamp lost federal protection under the Trump administration, leaving the fate of the project in the hands of state environmental regulators who have been pressing Twin Pines Minerals LLC for more details about their plans. But the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Friday it would reverse the agency’s earlier determination, pointing to an early 2021 directive from President Joe Biden that tribal communities should be consulted on policies impacting them. This means Twin Pines will have to reapply on the federal level, which the company president says will happen. “We have said from the day we announced...

A federal judge on Monday ruled that a group of Georgia voters can proceed with legal efforts seeking to disqualify U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from running for reelection to Congress, citing her role in the deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol. The challenge filed with the Georgia secretary of state’s office alleges Greene, a Republican, helped facilitate the Jan. 6, 2021, riot that disrupted Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s presidential election victory. That violates a rarely cited provision of the 14th Amendment and makes her ineligible to run for reelection, according to the challenge. The amendment says no one...

From fox5 atlanta.com:Kemp said the bill is a public safety measure.“SB 319 makes sure that law-abiding Georgians — law-abiding Georgians, including out daughters and your family too — can protect themselves without having the permission of the state government. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., in a hearing in federal court on Friday, sought to quash a legal challenge that would bar her from running for another term in Congress. Federal Judge Amy Totenberg heard arguments from lawyers for Greene, a first-term member of Congress from northwest Georgia, and from voters in her district who want to block her from running for reelection. The lawsuit against Greene seeks to prevent her from appearing on future ballots because it alleges she violated the Constitution by encouraging and “facilitating” the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol by supporters of former President...
