A report by the Philadelphia Inquirer indicated “nearly eight people on average were shot every day” in Democrat-run Philadelphia between Memorial Day 2022 and Labor Day 2022. The Inquirer notes, “Last year, more than 560 people were killed in homicides — the overwhelming majority by guns — and another 1,800 were wounded by bullets. It was the city’s most violent year ever. This year’s pace has been worse.”

LOS ANGELES - A Joshua Tree couple were arrested Thursday after allegedly keeping their three children locked in a box for four years, authorities said. San Bernardino County deputies found the children, aged 11,13 and 14, in a plywood box with no electricity or running water on Sun Fair Road in Joshua Tree, according to the Sheriff's Department. Authorities said the box was 20 feet long, 10 feet wide and 4 feet high.

Israeli soldiers Saturday discovered four bombs planted near Jewish towns in Gaza amid concerns that terrorists are "seeding" the area with land mines at the rate of more than one a day. LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A New Jersey man has filed a false advertising lawsuit against a maker of herbal penis enlargement pills, alleging the medicine does not fulfill its promises, the plaintiff's lawyer said on Monday. Two similar cases, filed last year in Colorado and Ohio, accuse manufacturers of herbal dietary supplements, VigRx and Enzyte, of falsely claiming to be able to add substantial length and girth to a man's penis.
