The Facebook page of government contractor Reality Leigh Winner was filled Tuesday with predictions from strangers about the indignities awaiting her behind bars. “Hope you enjoy prison,” wrote one detractor. “At least it will be federal not state.” Ms. Winner, a 25-year-old Air Force veteran, environmentalist and opponent of President Trump, is accused of leaking a classified government report to an online news site. While the Justice Department didn’t address her motives in its criminal complaint, Ms. Winner’s social media account contains numerous references to environmental activism and support for liberal Sen. Bernard Sanders of Vermont. She refers to Mr....

Well, as we discuss intelligence leaks, the workings of the Deep State, and unmasking, let’s circle back to the Obama administration, which violated Americans’ privacy through the National Security Agency for years. The lack of following protocol was so bad that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court (FISA) scolded them for having an “institutional lack of candor.” Circa, who first covered the story, had more [emphasis mine] Nets Blackout Massive Constitutional Violations by Obama’s NSA The National Security Agency under former President Barack Obama routinely violated American privacy protections while scouring through overseas intercepts and failed to disclose the extent...

The Chinese government systematically dismantled C.I.A. spying operations in the country starting in 2010, killing or imprisoning more than a dozen sources over two years and crippling intelligence gathering there for years afterward. Current and former American officials described the intelligence breach as one of the worst in decades. It set off a scramble in Washington’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies to contain the fallout, but investigators were bitterly divided over the cause. Some were convinced that a mole within the C.I.A. had betrayed the United States. Others believed that the Chinese had hacked the covert system the C.I.A. used...

Just a fortnight after the revelation that Switzerland conducted a spying mission in Germany in 2012, media in the two countries have reported that the neighboring nations recently signed an agreement to stop all such espionage. Citing sources close to the Swiss government, Swiss paper Tages Anzeiger and the German Süddeutsche Zeitung said that in January 2017 the two countries concluded a “Memorandum of Understanding” to forbid each country’s intelligence service from carrying out espionage activities against the other. From now on, Switzerland will tell the German government if it wishes to conduct an anti-crime operation in Germany, and vice-versa....

The questions for the new FBI Director. Is Hillary Clinton above the law? Or is America a country of laws where no man or woman is above the law? The Federal Espionage law and the facts of Hillary Clinton allegedly violating that law on multiple occasions over the four year period of being Secretary of State are very clear. Crystal clear. Recall the classic film courtroom drama, “A Few Good Men”, starring Jack Nicolson as Colonel Jessup and Tom Cruise (Kaffee) as the defense attorney trying to persuade Nicholson to admit to wrongdoing on the witness stand.

The seemingly endless saga of convicted traitor Chelsea Manning (formerly Bradley) is moving into its next phase. After serving only a handful of the 35 years he was supposed to do for espionage, he had his sentence somewhat infamously commuted by Barack Obama and will be getting out of the slammer next week. In advance of his freedom, Manning is already busy putting out press releases and the first isn’t particularly newsworthy. (Associated Press) Chelsea Manning, who is scheduled to be released from prison next week, thanked former President Barack Obama, who granted her clemency in the final days of...

It's reported that private security aide to Pres. Trump delivered a packet of letters firing Comey. No electronic. Sealed letter Director's Eyes Only (and presumably marked as such). Delivered in person to Mr. Comey's DC office, for him to receive (presumably). 1.)who opened packet & spilled this information prematurely, ignoring security (and exposing themselves in the process, to be "rolled up") disallowing courtesy intended by the President to the Director, to announce formally in due course and time & not find it out during a training/recruitment meeting in LA? 2.) As the enraged, incoherent lefties are still lashing out nonsensically,...

Washington (CNN)US authorities have prepared charges to seek the arrest of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, US officials familiar with the matter tell CNN. The Justice Department investigation of Assange and WikiLeaks dates to at least 2010, when the site first gained wide attention for posting thousands of files stolen by the former US Army intelligence analyst now known as Chelsea Manning. Prosecutors have struggled with whether the First Amendment precluded the prosecution of Assange, but now believe they have found a way to move forward.

NOTE:This is a 40 page PDF: obviously too big to post here. Conclusions from the article: Conclusions Historically, incumbent Presidents order espionage (to include eavesdropping) against the candidate of the party that opposes them. This election linked espionage may include illegal eavesdropping from one political party against the other party, or it may involve espionage inside the respective parties. Historically, the NSA has been used for this sort of eavesdropping, but other agencies may be involved as well. It would have been astoundingly unusual for President Obama not to order the eavesdropping of Candidate Trump, or Candidate Sanders. The NSA...

No one trusts Susan Rice in Washington, and there are a group of Trump Transition Team Members, along with Senator Lindsey Graham, and Rand Paul requesting a hearing from Rice on the unmasking of Trump and his Transition Team. Rice has a troubling past as far as her ability to tell the truth. But I have to say Obama’s influence seems to have ruined her. He asks her for the compilation of intelligence on the Trump Team, and she risks her own well being to get it. Judge Napolitano says she had a right to do that as National Security...

Judge Napolitano weighed in on Rice-gate, giving us his expert opinion on the subject of unmasking private citizens for reasons other than national security, “That’s called espionage”. Can she reveal the identity of an American for a purpose other than national security? Absolutely not. Can she ask for more Americans involved an then unmask them and say to her boss, ‘by the way, guess what Trump and Manafort were talking about last night?’ You know what that’s called? That’s called espionage. That’s called the failure to safeguard top secret information.” Judge Nap also went on to point out that Susan...

Pyongyang’s intelligence operations network active in Malaysia, says source KUALA LUMPUR, March 9 ― While Malaysia and North Korea are doing their best to solve the diplomatic spat between the two governments, attention is now focused on the presence of more than 1,000 North Korean citizens in Malaysia. The assassination of North Korean Kim Chol, who was widely reported to be Kim Jong-nam, the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) three weeks ago, has sparked the interest of many quarters over Pyongyang's intelligence operations in Malaysia. President Donald Trump has charged that the previous president tapped his phones during the 2016 election campaign. With Democrats and the old-line establishment media in a fury, the people would do well to recall the 44th president’s high-tech harassment of journalists and his legacy of lies. “If you like your health plan, you can keep it,” he told the nation. As countless Americans verified, they could not keep the health plan they liked, nor the doctor they liked, and they would not save thousands of dollars a year. In California, the president’s Affordable Care Act was responsible for “widespread consumer misery,”...
