Music Teacher Must Register As Sex Offender CLACKAMAS, Ore. -- A former elementary school teacher convicted on 20 counts of encouraging child sex abuse learned his sentence Monday. Gregg Ritchie (pictured) was sentenced to two years probation. He will also register as a sex offender and pay a $12,000 fine.
