Linda Tripp, the tape-recording former pal of Monica Lewinsky who exposed the intern’s affair with President Clinton, has broken nearly two decades of silence Tuesday and unloaded on Hillary Clinton. The 65-year-old Tripp tore into both Clintons but saved her harshest rhetoric for the former first lady, calling her a power-hungry monster who would do anything to get elected.

Hillary Rodham Clinton has an aggressive set of proposals to combat climate-change — and a pipeline problem. The day after Mrs. Clinton put forth a detailed plan that would go further than the any president in using the government to protect the environment and produce solar and wind energy, she found herself once again stumped on the question of whether or not she would support the Keystone XL Pipeline project, which would bring Canadian oil to Texas.

Dear Editor: This country is in a mess from the top to the bottom. The democrats have had control and have definitely impacted an increase in this mess. So we were were all supposed to vote “Republican” and they would clean this up. Yeh right! Everyone needs to realize that the “establishment Republicans” and the democrat party (from the top to the bottom) work together to retain their power and their money (which is really OUR money). The ruse of being “against” each other only surfaces when elections happen and only for theatrical “effect”. Is there hope? In my opinion...

0 Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said he would “love” to have former Alaska Governor and GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin in his campaign in an official capacity on Monday’s broadcast of “The Palin Update” on Mama Grizzly Radio. Trump said of Palin being “along in some official capacity, “I’d love that.” He continued, “Because she really is somebody that knows what’s happening, and she’s a special person, she’s really a special person, and I think people know that. And she’s got a following that’s unbelievable. … Everybody loves her.” He added that the other GOP candidates are “weak”...

When Donald Trump soared to the top of national polls earlier this month, Republicans had one hope — at least he wasn't yet leading in any early states! He is now. The past two polls of the New Hampshire GOP primary have both shown Trump in first place, and not by small margins. NBC/Marist shows him leading Jeb Bush by 7 points, and Monmouth University shows him up by 12.

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — President Obama asserted on Tuesday that he could win a third term if allowed by the Constitution, but said he was looking forward to life after the presidency, when he will be able to take a walk and spend more time with his family. As he wrapped up what may be his final trip to Africa while in office, Mr. Obama took aim at some of the continent’s gerontocracy and called on long-entrenched leaders to step down, declaring that “nobody should be president for life.” But it led to an off-the-cuff riff about his own improved...

A top adviser to Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s presidential campaign is comparing Donald Trump to a drunk NASCAR driver. Kasich’s political strategist, John Weaver, did not specifically mention the New York businessman in his Monday tweet about the upcoming Republican presidential debate. But there’s no question who he is referring to. “Imagine a NASCAR driver mentally preparing for a race knowing one of the drivers will be drunk,” Weaver wrote on Twitter. “That’s what prepping for this debate is like.” Trump, who has not been shy about attacking his rivals in the Republican race, is expected to have one of...

I always knew "The Simpsons" was a show ahead of its time. But, not even I remembered that the show had predicted the idea of President Donald Trump way back in 2000. The Simpsons predicted President Trump in 2000 That scene, as loyal Simpsons fans like myself remember, comes from an episode called "Bart to the Future" in which the show jumps ahead 30 years (to 2030) and imagines what each of the main characters will be doing. Lisa Simpson has just been elected president, following Trump's tenure in office.

Donald Trump is the Republican to beat in the polls, yet most Americans don't know where he stands on the key economic issues. Visiting Trump's official campaign website isn't much help. It vows to "Make America Great Again!" but it doesn't say how. Lately, his campaign speeches have focused on immigration reform -- "Take the bad ones and get them the hell out." -- and bashing Washington's lobbying culture -- "I'm not using the lobbyists. I'm not using donors. I don't care. I'm really rich." But the economy is still the top election issue by far -- 44% of Americans...

On July 25, 2015, the day after news that a Scott Walker ally had called him a "dumb-dumb,"Donald Trump delighted in dumping on the Wisconsin governor during a campaign speech in Iowa."I read this horrible statement from his fundraiser about Trump. I said, ‘Oh, finally,I can attack,’ "the New York businessman said to laughter in Oskaloosa. "Finally, finally."Trump--second to Walker among Republican presidential contenders in an Iowa poll earlier in the week--criticized him on several fronts. Then he made a claim about the fortunes of Wisconsin’s finances."Wisconsin’s doing terribly. First of all, it’s in turmoil,"Trump said. "The roads are a...

Such is the self-absorbed arrogance of the Clintons that Hillary actually thought she could get away with the criminal activity of conducting her government business on a personal server and keeping and transmitting classified data in violation of federal law. It was a server as vulnerable to foreign hacking as any in the private sector that has been hacked, or the servers at the foreign-hacked Office of Personnel Management. She put her country at risk, and now her personal political ambitions as well. Only the disinterested Justice Department of the administration she served and a sycophantic press will save her...

Just hours after Hillary Clinton unveiled her presidential campaign's push to solve global warming through an aggressive carbon-cutting plan, she sauntered up the steps of a 19-seat private jet in Des Moines, Iowa. The aircraft, a Dassault model Falcon 900B, burns 347 gallons of fuel per hour. And like all Dassault business jets, Hillary's ride was made in France. The Trump-esque transportation costs $5,850 per hour to rent, according to the website of Executive Fliteways, the company that owns it. And she has used the same plane before, including on at least one trip for speeches that brought her $500,000...

HOUSTON, Texas – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, today announced the hire of Jake Dagel as Iowa senior field director and Steven Wright as South Carolina low country field director. They both join their respective state directors, Bryan English in Iowa and LaDonna Ryggs in South Carolina, to support and continue building a strong, grassroots coalition in the early caucus and primary states.“Both Iowa and South Carolina are critically important states to our campaign, and I am thrilled that both Jake and Steven will be joining our team,” said Sen. Cruz. “Jake is a strong principled conservative who has demonstrated...

Until Sunday, Mr. Jindal and most of his Republican rivals had deflected questions in recent days over whether the killings reflected a need for tighter gun control laws. On CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Mr. Jindal called for states to adopt laws similar to Louisiana’s that feed information about mental illness into a federal background check system for potential gun buyers.

Mitch McConnell is facing truckloads of criticism after he blocked a law that would defund Planned Parenthood, including from presidential candidate Ted Cruz, who called McConnell a liar on the Senate floor (and rightly so). And for some insane reason, this apparently made Brit Hume at Fox News lose his mind, because Hume decided to respond by attacking Cruz and labeling him a hypocrite. VIDEO Hi, Bret. The first thing you need to know about Ted CruzÂ’s assault on Mitch McConnell is that itÂ’s not about ted Cruz and Mitch McConnell. ItÂ’s about ted Cruz and Donald Trump. Cruz entered...

Hillary Clinton wants to wait until she wins the White House before taking a stand on the controversial Keystone XL pipeline. At a town hall in New Hampshire on Tuesday, Clinton responded to a question from the audience asking if she would sign a bill approving the pipeline by saying that she would not "second guess" President Obama's decision. Should the issue still be alive in January 2017, however, then Clinton will say what her position is. "If it's undecided when I become president, I will answer your question," Clinton said. That answer is sure to rile environmentalists who have...
