An Indiana man was mauled to death by his pet pit bull on Christmas Day, Portage police say. Edward L. Cahill, 40, was discovered on the living room floor by his girlfriend when she returned from visiting relatives for the holiday. Cahill was unresponsive, NBC Chicago reports.
