A University of Alabama sorority has been slammed for their recruitment video which critics are saying is racially-homogeneous and lacks diversity. A national women's organization is challenging Gov. Bruce Rauner's appointments to the Illinois Tollway, saying he is violating state law by creating an all-male board. Over the past three months, Rauner has named five male directors and re-appointed another to the nine-member Tollway board, which already included three men. Prosecutors say a mother accused of killing her newborn by throwing him out a fourth-floor window told authorities an evil spirit had taken over the boy. Rashida Chowdhury is being held without bail after her arrest late last week in the death of her month-old son, Rizwan. According to a criminal complaint, the 21-year-old threw the baby out of her bathroom window around 4 a.m. on Aug. 7. A neighbor reported hearing the child hit the ground. NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police have confirmed the death of the suspect in an active shooter situation in Antioch at a movie theater. They released his identity Wednesday night. Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Vincente David Montano, of Nashville. Authorities said Montano was arrested in Murfreesboro in 2004 for assault and resisting arrest. Officials said Montano was known to have psychiatric issues, and he had allegedly been committed four times, twice in 2004 to TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion Mental Health Clinic in Nashville and twice in 2007 to a different facility.
