A veteran police captain is suing the Los Angeles Police Department after a naked photo wrongly believed to be her was shared among officers. Lillian L. Carranza claims bosses knew the 'deeply humiliating' image was being circulated within the department but 'took no steps' to inform the 50-year-old and did nothing to stop it.
