Former Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) on Friday offered up a line of questioning for Democrats to use on President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. "Quite unexpectedly then, we find that these university women, when filing a rape complaint, were as likely to file a false as valid charge." Keep in mind, under Obama's "Dear Colleague" Letter, the new standard on campus for 'proving' rape is the lower "more probable than not." A pair of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's former classmates at Yale Law on Tuesday withdrew their support of him after previously endorsements.
